What a great product. Should be easy to install and use. I purchase from the USA since Brexit as I live in Cyprus. Youd think Id buy from Germany but their postage is now ridiculous so I dont. The product should be very easy to fit except mine arrives with fitting for a 7/8" pipe and mine is 3/8" so I had to buy a T piece and 2 more pipes for each unit instead of the EZFit T unit that came in the box. Actually that wouldnt have worked either as the is insufficient space in between the bowl, wall and cistern for it to fit but that not the manufacturers fault. The rest of the fit is a doddle. So be careful if youre not in the USA, the fitting may be harder than you imagine. Oh. also the rear spray is all we can use, the front spray would be useful if you need to spray the walls - maybe you have larger loos, who knows. ... show more

This was a piece of cake to install and very easy to use. I recommend this product, but it has one shortcoming that I had not considered. To clean under it, you have to uninstall it. It is a piece of cake to install, but to do that weekly is going to be a pain. I am looking at one of these that flips up for cleaning. They are double the cost of this one, but I value my time and it is just a matter of time before the plastic parts strip out. I enjoy the heck out of this much more than the handheld units we have been using for the past 15 years. But they don't require any disassembly to clean. My husband ordered one. I figured for that price, I may as well get one for my bathroom. As a plumber, I deal with people buying bidet attachments and not knowing what to do to adapt them to their toilets. I wasn't worried about making it work with mine. I was very pleased to see it came with an extender tee that was 7/8 BC like a standard toilet fill valve. Most bidet attachments come with 1/2" ips and it's a pain to find a 7/8 to 1/2 adapter so I usually end up going from the valve. This was one a very easy install. My second worry was blasting my bits with cold water since it doesn't heat. I started with the lowest pressure and found it wasn't the icy cold shock I'd expected. So far, both have been great. I ended up ordering more for my mom and her best friend. We will see how long it lasts and I'm tempted to put a separate valve in for it since I know first hand what can happen with a water leak. But otherwise, I'm quite pleased. ... show more
