The media could not be loaded. Is this going to replace your main printer? Probably not. But it sure is much more portable, you could easily pack it along on a work trip and print out black and white documents with ease. Here's what I like about it: - Doesn't need to be plugged into anything - Bluetooth connection works seamlessly, and I already had the Phomemo app downloaded for my M04S so it's nice this printer works with the same app - You can print from documents, web pages or images Limitations: - This doesn't seem to allow multiple sizes like the M04S, so it's just for letter sized pages - The resize function seems to be more limited and I couldn't figure out how to crop, so printing directly from a website didn't come out quite as I'd hoped. But I appreciate that the app shows where the page might cut off and end up on another sheet (just didn't notice the first time I tried printing) - Requires thermal paper to work, which factors into the ongoing cost of use vs ink cartridges for a laser printer. And if my other thermal printed pictures are any guide, these shouldn't be considered long-term archival quality prints as they do fade over time, but the print quality and functionality is good enough for use-it-once on-the-go purposes - Could be faster and quieter Overall, I'm satisfied with how easy it is to use and bring around with me. If you're looking for a portable printer, they don't get much more portable than this ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I already have 2 Phonemo printers, one for labels, and one for mini prints/mini stickers. Just like those 2, this A4 printer doesn’t make me disappointed. I totally love it Pros: - the size is great for travel because it doesn’t take up so much space and no ink to cause a mess - Easy to use: you just need to download the app, charge the printer, insert what you want to print into the app and just… hit the print button. And there you go! - Can charge anywhere with USB cable - Good for quick documents that don’t need to be store permanently - the print quality is pretty good for a thermal printer. Of course you can’t expect them like the Inkjet or laser printer but for the convenience and quick note, the quality is enough for your need - It’s quick: you don’t have to wait for long for you prints to get ready. - save your ink cost! Cons: - the noise is quite bothering. But it’s just me because I understand this is the the way it works and I’m quiet person type. - Paper type is quite limited. So far the printer only takes the company’s paper type or other thermal printer paper. The paper is also much thinner compared to normal paper. No cardstock or A4 sticker paper is available. - the price for the paper is still quite expensive - you can only print one side and with black color. - Photo with less contrast or with too much details are not suitable to print These are the impression when I first try. It’s good for quick note and paperwork that doesn’t need to be stored for so long so I’m cool with this portable printer ... show more

I’m so disappointed in this project! I ordered this on August 7 and I went into the hospital on August 9. By the time I got to the package and opened it… it arrived broken. Now the return date has lapsed🥲 over $125 gone.. That is a lot of money especially for me. Single parent, raising four boys…. makes it nearly impossible to be able to buy anything for myself let alone new. This was such an exciting moment being able to do this for myself only to have it arrived broken, what a shame. ... show more

I’ve had this printer for a year now and am pleased with reasonable / OK ish quality and travel compactness. For a while I could not get it to work on my MacBook - UNTIL Reading the instructions carefully, I downloaded the driver, powered up the printer, fed in a sheet of paper until the light was green and only then installed the driver. Same whenever I use it. Switch on, load paper THEN plug into my MacBook. Then it appears as an option the print dialog. Hope this helps ... show more

    • Great little printer for small jobs

Does what I need it for, printing mailing labels and small jobs. It does have a cutter, but it would be a pain to print numerous pages as the paper is on a roll not individual sheets.
