    • TOTAL PIECE OF JUNK DO NOT BUY
Unpack the product there is a user manual BUT no installation instructions. Now I have install many radios over the years but a simple wiring digram would be nice. There will be more to this story to follow or its get sent back I'll let you all know. Well I finally get the radio in and hooked up so far so good. And then i go to hook up the gps antenna. come on what car out there is that the roof to mount the gps antenna is within six feet, come designers wake up, normally you get twenty foot cable rolled up under dash, which is what we need now not six feet which is BS. And things roll on turn the radio on today and its locked on the music player screen, will not turn on or off or rotate. Why is there no way to contact a Tech service for this piece of junk. you finally get to tech support by email a week later still not much more help then I already knew. still issues go on several emails weeks roll by with days between answers. Ao back it goes looks like another month for a refund, How can Amazon expect customs to go through this. These designers need to think more functionality fewer apps this is not to easy to use while driving Amazon will not support this item either dances around the fact its sold by a third party company that has no technical support you can speak with Its Chinese sold by and is junk ... show more

The 13.1 screen is well illuminated and the picture is ultra sharp. The motor that controls the touch screen rotating from portrait to landscape is quiet and smooth. I found the overall workmanship to be quiet good and a great value for the price. But what most impressed me the most was the support staff from the manufacturer Philosin and Amazon customer service. Both teams went the extra mile to assist me with a technical/trouble shooting issue. I highly recommend this car infotainment system to upgrade your ride! ... show more

    • Very user friendly and well worth the money.
I enjoyed the large screen. And how my stereo sounds with my amp and subwoofers. The reverse camera is very clear even at night. Every option and a function that is with the radio actually works. This is a very Sophisticated stereo and is a great accessory to any vehicle.

    • Hard to install but decent product when it works
It has been a year and a half. Today I come out to a completely black screen. The mount likes to pop loose when hitting rough bumps. And it can take a couple tries to connect android auto.

    • Performance 4/5 - Installation 4/5 - Instructions 2/5. Decent 4G Coverage with T-Mobile
It is overall a good unit. To be honest in this Android Head Stereo Unit market, i haven't seen one that i can score 5/5 as none reach a point where everything works as intended. *Software Performance: 4/5 -It is reasonably fast and doesn't lag or repeatedly crash (after a few app updates) like other models i've experienced did.If you've owned an Android Stereo, and specifically a Joying Unit, this is pretty much the same software wise. *Hardware/Build Quality/Accessories: 3/5 -To be honest, the rotation mechanism feels cheap when it motion. I may have gotten a lemon but you hear the gears kind of plasticky grinding and that's never a good sign for mechanical parts. -The screen is decent, but less than stellar. Joying's (non-rotatable) 13.3 looks slightly more refined, with thinner bezels and looks slightly less "plasticky". The included antennas are standard and the external microphone does a much better job at picking Google Assistant than the on-board one. *Installation: 4/5 -Installation was pretty simple on a 2014 WV Jetta. Get a wiring harness if you don't want to permanently splice the stereo harness to the vehicle's factory wiring, but this is pretty standard with aftermarket stereo head units. *GPS Performance: 3/5 -Ahhhh the GPS Performance, it beats me that MOST of these Android Head Units with an external antenna, externally powered by a 12V and many Joules of power can't match my Smartphone GPS Satellite Resolution, even considering that it has an internal antenna. I would rate this 0/5 but it is a widespread issue with these units, i am not sure if its that they are optimized for GLONASS (Russian Satelites being closer to China) but any kind of clouds or tall buildings affect the GPS performance. Heavily dense building area? No thanks, you better pull your iPhone or Galaxy and do that navigation with it. *Sound Performance/EQ/Amplification/Features: 4/5 -My vehicle has a small amplifier for the 4 speakers and two tweeters, so i can't speak about the alleged 4x50W amplification, but the sound quality is pretty good. -The EQ works well and has a gazillion bands and every single one of them make a difference, good job Philosin! It advertised that it can be Equalized separately on the Front and Rear Channels, but i was unable to do so, we have other vehicle and has the same software and we couldn't do it either. It has plenty of features on balance, delay, orientation, and they all work as intended. If you need a unit that rotates, and this price point is what you're looking for, i would say you're not missing on anything getting this unit. Of course, you could also consider yourself being future proof by getting the 128ROM 6GB Ram unit, but we own that one from Joying, and we don't need that much internal storage, and the difference in RAM between 4 and 6GB is negligible in performance on our tests, at least with the applications that we use, which is a couple of music apps (YouTube Music, Youtube, Pandora) and Google Maps for Navigation with the eventual Google Assistant searches when a question pops up in our minds. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Has both AM/FM and I downloaded Torque app with Bluetooth to monitor the LS engine and any OBDII codes then look them up and reset the check engine light all in the same spot. "Motor heads" having on board real time diagnostics are always cool

The screen woyluld not come on..it didnt work..spent hours aftet i worked a a 12 hour shift trying to hook up this faulty radio..now i have to hook my oem radio back up put everything back how it is and wait up to 37 days to get my $500 back..i dont get reimbursed for the level of inconvenience and my time this has caused..very upset..and yes i am a professional with sound equipment ... show more
