I've had this bike for just under 6 months. I've had issues with the headlight/Horn-they are one unit. My phone holder wouldn't hold the phone anymore! I had an error 16 and had to replace the bottom module, along with the on off ignition switch! I also had to get a new front wheel and motor. As it came slightly bent and when riding over 20 miles an hour. It would shudder and vibrate. You can't tell when you are gripping it with both hands at all! But hold it one handed or loosely and it was insane! I'm a big guy. 265lbs. This bike has tremendous power. There nothing that will stop this bike! A true Powerhouse. Yesterday. The bike refused to power on suddenly. Ride it to work. Then can't go home lol. The reason I'm giving this bike a 5 star rating!? It's simply because... All of the parts I just mentioned... We're all replaced! Every single one I mentioned .. Sent to me! Free of charge! via PHILODO customer service! NOMI was my rep throughout this entire ordeal. And today after everything!? They are shipping me out a new bike free of charge!! Then I'll send back this old broken one.. I think, I must've got 1 bad one out of a whole bunch that probably worked fine! This one just happened to be glitchy or bad.. Yes it was frustrating! But at the end of the day? These people stand behind their product!! 💯%. That..? To me?!! Is worth the purchase every time!! These people make a bike that they truly believe is of great quality..! That's why their customer service team is dynamic! They wouldn't do this, if they knew their product was garbage! They would've given me the run around or simply not replied! We've all experienced those sellers! I recommend PHILODO as a company and manufacturer that you can 💯% trust. And truly know that your investment...? Was a solid one! I've never experienced customer service like this! Ever! Not with a new car even! That's saying something! Thank you PHILODO and thank you NOMI ! I will definitely recommend you and use you in the future! Side note. When this bike did run good! It was an amazing and powerful experience! The only downside. Is no rear suspension! But there is a seat that you can buy that has a suspension system built in to the new seats post! The bike.. When operating!? Is a blast and a beast! The Philodo H8 is a great bike. Delivery was fast , assembly was quick and straight forward. I like the fact that it has a tail light and brake lights. The headlight although bright could use an upgrade to something that doesn’t have a plastic guard in front of the bulb. This bike has plenty of power for climbing steep inclines with no pedal assist involved. It is an extremely fast bike @ 32 mph you zip right along. I took it on a hunting trip and was able to cover a lot of territory and scout areas that would have been more than challenging with a pedal only bike. The bike is heavy but has no effect on the overall speed and performance. I have ran the bike in dry river beds, rough gravel roads and the 4” wide tires are a plus. While on my hunting trip I witnessed others with smaller tires having multiple flats and walking their bikes in. Overall a great product and would highly recommend. Hopefully the company is looking at an upgrade with a full rear suspension in the future. That and the headlight are the only things that would make this bike review a 5. This bike is easy to pedal even with out battery. Good to know. Very nice machine; Very powerful. This bike would be, and is a great tool for use on large farms to get around to work sites. E-Bike is realitivly easy to assemble. This can be a great off road and trail bike for fun and hunting. You can traval great distances quitely. Very happy customer. (WILL ORDER ANOTHER ONE WHEN THEY COME OUT WITH A 24" MODEL. I LIKED THE ON/OFF SWITCH FOR FRONT MOTOR THAT MY OTHER E-BIKE HAS. I HOPE THEY INCORPORATE THAT FEATURE. I LOVE THE TWIST GRIP AND CRUISE CONTROL. PLEASE KEEP THOSE FEATURES). ... show more
