I know this is supposed to be a product review, but I can't say enough good things about the company Phi Villa. The patio set was sent in 3 packages, the table came earlier than the chairs, which was fine. Amazon marked the set as delivered, so I reached out to the company just to make sure that the chairs were still coming. I received an answer in less than 24 hours with tracking numbers for the other 2 boxes, which came several days later, all within the expected delivery range. When I unpacked all of the boxes, I found that the table was cracked. My message was once again answered in less than 24 hours. Once I sent pictures of the damage, they sent me a new table, without the burden of returning the old one. I ordered this set on January 27 and the entire issue has been resolved to my satisfaction as of February 19. I am just so pleased with the level of customer service. And so now to the product - it is a perfect size for my little lanai, and the chairs are very comfortable. The table is very sturdy. I love the four chairs. They’re very sturdy and pretty. The first one was a challenge to assemble, but the others went smoothly. Delivered by FedEx not Amazon. Two of the chair arms were dented. We just got a new deck built, so we ordered $$$$ worth of new outdoor furniture to host friends and family. This dining set ended up getting delivered almost 2 weeks before the estimated arrival and quicker than any of the other sets we just ordered. Packaging was very thorough and thoughtful in protecting the contents inside. The have a quality control team that makes sure all contents are inside and place a sticker to confirm it was checked. The furniture itself, we are very happy with. Building it was a breeze and it really only has 4 steps to complete it. Took me about 1 hour to build the 4 chairs and table, but I was being relaxed about it and in no rush. The chairs are very comfortable and swivel the full 360. Base seems level and solid and not wobbly like some sets. Customer service even has a texting option that is VERY fast! Overall great product, great seller. ... show more

We received 3 tables before we received one that didn’t have a crack in the table Top. I would also have preferred sturdier chairs. I would suggest not leaving it out in winter for fear of snow being too heavy for the table top.

I received the table with a crack on the corner on 10/13/2023. I notified the seller via email about the crack with no response. Now the cracked corner is starting rust only after two months of receiving. Very disappointed. Update. After my review, the seller responded immediately and sent a new table. Was horrible to assemble. Screw hole did not line up - the table was easy to put together, the chairs were very difficult. Seller contacted me and offered a $72 credit if I modified my revise and send pictures — which I did but never receive any credit. They keep asking me to review again and send video.
