These chairs are SO comfortable and well made. Very sturdy. They were delivered in just a few days from when I ordered them. I love how the chairs swivel and glide! The cushions are thick and the navy blue color is so pretty. It does take quite some time to assemble them but the instructions were clear and all the hardware was well packaged. I read some reviews that mentioned that these chairs tip over backwards easily. My husband and I both tried to make them tip over to see if that was going to be a problem but neither of us could make them tip over when sitting in them even when we tried. Maybe if they are assembled incorrectly or the chairs are defective then they would tip over backwards. Ours are very sturdy and I can’t see how they would possibly tip over backwards. I have looked around online and in stores to try and find some nice chairs for our screened in back patio area and decided to order these. I was a little anxious about how they would look since I ordered them without actually seeing them in person. They could not be nicer chairs! I think they look better in person than in the pictures. I am considering ordering another set while they still have them in stock because I love these so much. Very highly recommend this set of chairs and side table. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this chair set several weeks ago. It took me about 50 minutes to finish the installation. Most of the parts have already been attached together thus all I did was putting the base of the two rocking chairs together and setting up the side table. The two chairs are comfortable and with great quality. The material of the chair is somewhere between wood and plastic, offering a comfortable and natural feel without any unpleasant odors. I especially love the anti-rain design. The chairs dry very quickly after the rain, I used to be worried if I need to take the cushions indoors to keep them dry LOL. The thick cushions provided with the chairs are incredibly plush and supportive. Plus, I love the dark gray color which complement the tan chairs perfectly, adding a bit sophistication to my patio decor. Last but not least, the compact size of the set fits perfectly on my balcony without taking up too much space. It has become my go-to spot for enjoying the outdoors. The only concern is that I wish this product could provide more colors so that I could pick a color that fits my parasol better. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. ... show more

Delivered today. ( two very big boxes) . Just put one chair and ottoman together to see if i would be returning it. I was VERY VERY VERY worried that I would feel like i’m sitting in a kindergarten chair or low dog bed . BUT i'm 5’9 and 175lbs the seats are more than comfortable. It doesn’t feel like the weird webbing? will break under weight. My toddler jumped in it so it’s fairly sturdy. So it’s a keeper and a great buy! the seats are deep and wide and comfy. The cushions are above adequate for the price point of $208 for a 5 piece set. I’ll update with pics later. maybe a video after the rest of the set is put together. But so far I say BUY IT. I only wish it came in white or more exciting color. but that’s nothing a can of spray paint won’t fix. I took one star off because the table had noticable defects; bubbles in the table finish. maybe just mine? But I'm not that bothered by a table that a tray is going to be on or drinks. and to that durability point ....... invest in some chair covers if your patio isn't covered. I'm not sure what the material is; seems durable and sturdy but I'm not willing to chance on how it might weather the elements. ... show more

We had trouble with the bases breaking. Clearly a manufacturer defect. I reached out and they are not standing behind their product. I provided pictures and everything and they are jerking me around. It's just too much money for such a cheaply made product. They are good looking but not built well.

I will start with the pros. Very sturdy and comfortable chairs. They look beautiful on our patio. But.....they were impossible to assemble. Many screws did not match up with the holes. Definitely would have been easier with a second person. One screw was so hard to install that it eventually stripped and there were no extras. As much as I love the chairs they are not worth the 6 plus hours I spent assembling them. The manufacturer needs to do better. ... show more

We ordered two sets of this furniture set for our back porch. Packages arrived quickly and the customer service team had reached out to confirm it would be in multiple shipments. I was impressed they took the time to do that. One set took maybe an hour to assemble total - instructions aren't easy to comprehend, but it was fairly simple to figure out. Overall very impressed with quality of the chair itself, as well as the cushions that come with it. They look very high quality and are more reasonable in price than some that came assembled from Home Depot / Lowe's, etc. They provide plenty of support for your bottom and your back and swivel/rock incredibly well. 5/5 stars! ... show more
