    • What can one say about a sink drain-plug...LOL?
Bottom line is we liked it far better than we ever expected to. Why? Because when it is matched with the proper Pfister sink drainpipe it works flawlessly as advertised. It quickly and easily pops up and town, does not leak when closed and easily unscrews when needed. But what we like most about it is that it opens higher, hence it drains the sink faster than any other drain plugs we've had before. Plus, it allows us to skip the often-troublesome manual lift handles for the drain plugs. One of these drain plugs came with a new guest bathroom sink we installed. We liked it so much better than the drain plugs we had in our master bathroom that we converted those two drainpipes to use this Pfister drain plug. So now we have three sinks with them. Plus, if you have a whole house soft water system like we do, the soapsuds that build up in the sink drain (e.g., when washing our hands) in our master bath drain in far less time than they did with the former drain plug. This is a replacement for my existing Pfister pop up. I was concerned that it didn't have the Pfister logo that my existing ones have. Checked the Pfister website by the product number and it's genuine. I just wish these major corporations would stop making everything in China since their quality standards are questionable. Arrived promptly & was exactly the right part. The original part that came with the fixture hardware was always sticky & I had to unscrew it frequently to get it to pop up. This one seems to work reliably, so far.
