Well once we bought this bike and we assembled it we went for a short ride. All good first day off we go for a long ride. Well this is when the problems start. 10 miles in the battery fell out and caused me to launch forward into the handle bars. I thought what the heck. Put battery back in only to find half the battery charge was gone. Started riding again and the bike turned off. Less than 30 miles and I’m having issues. At the completion of my ride i reached out to,the seller only for them to tell me nothing they could do I had to deal with Amazon. I called Amazon no they said they refund my money. Well the sell stoped that and did not provide a reason. I purchased some 2” valcro to help keep the battery in. The following weekend left my house with 100% and 2 miles in I battery charge dropped to 25%. Rode a little while longer and some charge come back but only rode around 10 miles. However during the 10 miles the bike turned off 4 times. Sent email to Amazon and seller received an email asking me to video the bike shutting off or battery falling out. I replied you want me to ride a bike one handed hoping to,capture the battery falling out so,you can see it. This was the mose ridiculous thing ever. I told them that it launches you forward when you have two handles on the bars. I just sent pictures of the damage the batter has take during the many fall outs. And this week went for a ride and left the house with 100% charge no again 2 miles in I lost 75% of chrage. And 2 miles later some charge came back. Well 10 miles from my home the bike turned off with no notice. So unhappy with this purchase and the support during these issues. Never buy a bike with a battery that loads from the bottom because it can fall out. As a consumer the worst purchase I have ever made. I guess I should be happy I have not broken any bones on this death trap. !!!! Warning again do not buy !!!! ... show more
