I really like this product. I’ve bought a second one because my dog chewed the first one while charging it. Long lasting charge, could have it plugged in at all times if desired. I have dropped mine inside the tank a few times and it still works. First time, I just let it dry out, charged it and it was like new. Second time no issues at all. I do wish the food storage bit was bigger, but it works great! The clamp to attach it to the side of the tank is a bit goofy, but it works just fine. According to their instructions, you press the down arrow for 5 secs to reset. Nope does not work. Try to set the current time. Nope, that does not work. Try to set up for only one feeding a day, Nope that does not work. I have followed their instructions many times and I do not get the results they say I should be getting. I have watched several YouTube videos, Nope! I consider myself a pretty good person when it comes to tech. This is NOT working. I've tried to contact the company. Nothing! We are gone several times a month, we are going to have to search for another brand unless the company send us a new one. ... show more

This fish feeder has been in my dreams since the last time I bought one several years ago. It’s funny because you don’t usually connect to small items like this bought on Amazon. Unfortunately, this one I bought before fell in the fish tank water several years ago. So Sad! I was pretty upset with myself and knocking myself on the noggin. This item is really high-quality. The settings are also very understandable and it is user-friendly. I bought this and ended up never using it and just buying a different one because it’s overly complicated and I couldn’t understand how to set it up and it made me nervous because I thought I may have set it up properly at a point but didn’t know for sure because I wasn’t able to see when it was going off and didn’t wanna risk trusting it will & it not & killing my fish because of it. Lol. So, I just bought a basic one I think it was either from Walmart or petsmart but it was super easy to set up and allowed u to manually test it so you know it works. It was super cheap and still works years later just fine and I’ve never had an issue with its batteries dying while I’m away or just in general, the product didn’t drain the batteries as I thought it might. I’ve changed them once. But overall, besides this particular product being complicated and hard to use, the quality of the product was great. It was really nice and looked promising but too much going on on that thing and there’s no need to make it as complicated as they did. Unfortunate. ... show more
