This is a great smart thermal printer! Very small and compact so does not take up much space and is perfect for on-the-go printing. You can use this printer by usb or Bluetooth which is a great feature! I was able to easily download the accompanying software from the Appstore and had this up and printing in no time. I was able to quickly connect to my iPhone via Bluetooth. Because I was just testing it out and did not have a label in mind to print yet, I used the app to snap a photo of my dog and printed that. I was very pleased and amused that it did, in fact, print my dog on to a thermal label! The only questionable aspect of this product was the nice little tray that it included. I could not figure what this was intended for or how to use it. There was no mention of it in the instruction book or any of the questions or reviews for this product. If anyone can figure out what this is for, I would love to know. Anyways, 5-Star thermal label printer. I am thrilled to have this and will use it for work and home. It included a generous amount of labels so I will not have to purchase more for a while. Buy it, you won't be disappointed. ... show more

    • Works great so far with a Mac but have to reprint labels from missing ink
So far so good with a Mac for printing labels. It works super fast. Has the label holder which helps feed the labels smoother. It has to be plugged in by usb to the Mac though so it can't sit far away as they are cabled together. I'm not sure if this will be a "port killer" yet but some items tend to do that on Mac products. Labels printed smooth from posh but tiny so I had to screen shot them and blow them up to print larger sized. Yes the settings had the proper 4x6 labels in label settings and it still print only 4x2 on the label. It was really small. Still working those bugs out. I have to set it each time in the printer settings for printer since I have multiple printers and then paper size too. It printed perfect with no issues from amazon selling after I set it in the labels. (I did still have to select size of paper and printer). I understand there is another setting in amazon Seller central but I didn't try it yet. On ebay it is kicking my butt. I changed all the settings and did everything I could and it still doesn't print right. That is work in progress. It's not the printers fault just settings need to get set up in ebay and figuring it out since they keep changing things. The issue I had with it is about after 30 labels printed the labels started printing the bar code with missing ink. They required 2-3 reprints before they could be scanned. It is a waste to have to do that. I have no idea on replacement ink or if it even takes ink. I don't know what is causing this. ... show more

I am super impressed with this unit - the print quality is excellent, the speed is excellent, connecting it to the PC via Bluetooth was the easiest thing ever - didn't need to press any buttons, just installed the driver provided and it automatically detected, paired and connected right in the print driver installation app. Highly recommend this unit, AND I just found out it comes with a 10-year warranty! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This printer was easy to set up, just install the driver that came on the included USB drive, follow the instructions, and it works. Simple enough.
