I really do like this exercise equipment! It’s small but I also get a great workout in. The only reason I took a star off is because the feet inserts are so small. I can barely fit my feet in to hold it back and I’m only a size 7.5 in womens lol. The most I can get is my toes to really push down and hold onto it, so it’s kinda uncomfortable. good it comes apart so that you can do multiple exercises, depending on the exercise has little resistance where as others perfect... wish it had both longer and shorter bands that way I'd get a better workout.... great as a cardio workout not going to get muscle

I bought this for the days I couldn't make it to the gym. I'm a pretty fit person so I at first found this kinda easy but two days later found my calves a bit sore. So overall, it will help you work up a decent sweat. If you're pretty fit then you might want to try a bike instead. But for the price and space capacity it'll do in a pinch. ... show more

I'm sure the product is ok for some that want light resistance. However, the bands are too weak for my liking. I figured out a way to double up the bands and have stronger resistance, but it is kind of a hack job. Not sure I will use it that much.
