I bought these for my fry tanks and they work perfect. I have 1 in each 5.5 gallon tank. They provide good oxygen and water movement. I clean them once a month and the water has stayed perfectly clear.

Not much to say here. These are great. Just make sure you get the proper size. Honest opinion they can do away with the smaller than 10 and up. Lower than 10 seems a waste of materials, not that they dont work, they are just tiny.

I should’ve looked at the dimensions. These are tiny. Little shrimp bowl tiny. Put one in a 5 gallon to test it out. It only moves 1/3 of the water in the tank with high air flow. No way this could handle filtration for a 10 gallon tank. All 3 of them couldn’t do it. They aren’t bad quality so I’ll keep them but more appropriate for a shallow fry tray than a 10 gallon aquarium. ... show more
