Update: The new one only lasted a week before it died. Exact same problem as the first one where it gave me an error saying its jammed. I pulled it apart and cleaned it and there was nothing there for it to be caught up on. I did a soft reset and it didn't work. I did a hard reset and it didn't work. I made sure it had all its firmware updates and still nothing. I was very disappointed in this product. When it was working for the short time, it was a great pump and it looked good in the tank with the low profile. But I can't trust this product any longer. Original: Bought this and installed it in my cichlid tank. Worked great for about 3 weeks and just stopped. I went through all the troubleshooting steps and then noticed a lot of people in the reviews were having the same problem. This is very poor quality control from a company that should know better. Luckily I was still within my exchange window and returned it for another. So far the new one is working great, but I have my doubts on how long it will last. ... show more

I was hesitant to bu this at first but I was having issues nailing dow the flow in my tank, but let me tell you, I don't regret buying these. They are amazing y the fact you can control everything from the App is just great! I recommend this 100 times.

For some reason, the pump ends up in constant mode and i'm always having to reset and set the schedule all over again. Such a pain. should have went with ecotech. I'm gonna try and return it and get the mp 10.
