  • Great power and super quiet
Size: Basic(Up to 300 Gallon)
This offers great air quality for my filters . Super quiet , the filters can finally allow enough air filtration to keep my tank crystal clear .

  • Pump works like a champ!
Size: Basic(Up to 300 Gallon)
Pump puts out about 3 times the amount of air as my old economy model. Quiet too! Sending air to 4 airstones on my undergravel filter and an air bubbler on my sunken ship. Aerating my 75 gallon tank much better than it needs, I am sure!

  • Great pump for the price
Size: Basic(Up to 300 Gallon)
This pump does the job for all my water needs. We’d like one with a sensor that would cut the water off at the fill line. We’ve found that plugging it up and unplugging it adds time to the process and we’re not clear if that added feature would slow or add to our process.

  • Good air flow, very quiet.
Size: Basic(Up to 300 Gallon)
Used to supply air to a 15-gallon hydroponic garden, it is quiet and cool running, with plenty of capacity, and I can hear water bubbling instead of the pump. The multiport manifold and airline came in handy.

  • Good pump
Size: Basic(Up to 300 Gallon)
This thing has some power. It’s also very quiet. I am very happy with the results.

  • Works fabulously well and super quiet for a 10 gallon aquarium tank
Size: Basic(Up to 300 Gallon)
I know that it's considerably oversized for my 10 gallon tank, but I had it in my closet, unopened and a different low cost brand buzzing like a banshee in my kitchen. I set this Pawfly unit on "low" with its hi-low switch, connected the gang valve, and opened one of them a tad to vent a small amount of air so that my low-end need wouldn't cause too much back pressure on the pump. It worked okay except that the Pawfly pump was making a buzzing noise like the pump's exterior housing wasn't tightened correctly. I unscrewed the four Philips screws, removed the lid, and then reassembled it, firmly but not over tightening the screws. And voila! It is super silent with 1 minute of effort. Although the unit says that it was QC checked, I believe Pawfly needs to add one more check to their check! Plug it in and hold a decibel meter to it. If it's over 75dba then the lid is probably not seated correctly. I would have given this 5 stars if it hadn't violated its noise specification with an annoying buzz. But I'm super happy with the result and I'd buy it again. ... show more

  • Worked awesome…. Till it didn’t.
Size: Basic(Up to 300 Gallon)
OK, first off…. This pump worked great! Had awesome airflow, two settings for high flow or low flow, a nice set up for managing the air with four valves that I could use to send vary out of air to different things… and best of all, it was QUIET! Barely the slightest hum and you could only hear that if you were standing right next to it! It sits on the bottom of my aquarium stand less than 8 feet from my recliner and I can’t even hear it over the bubbles it makes. So all of that stuff is great! I was totally thrilled and completely happy with this for about 8 months…. Then I noticed that the amount of air going into my aquarium tank had begun to drop off…. I went and pulled out my manual and as a suggested… I cleaned the air intake and open the housing to check that the bladder was OK and everything… It all looked good and the airflow did make a minor improvement but it’s nothing like it was at the beginning. I don’t know if maybe it is just starting to wear out but I did expect a longer lifespan than eight months… Highly highly highly suggest buying the two year warranty and replacement plan for this product so that if this happens to you, it’ll get replaced. I will be buying another one of these pumps, and this time I’m putting the replacement plan on it! ... show more
