  • Good
Pattern Name: 0.6 inch
The media could not be loaded. Great for small sponge filters, we'll see how it holds up over time. 3 months later. Working beautifully. Fantastic for sponge filter.

  • Great product - worth trying it!
Pattern Name: 1 inch
These Pawfly air stones are really as good as the reviews online. Just have to say that I was hesitant to purchase them because the previous air stones I’ve purchased on Amazon have been average, although the costs is lower generally when compared to a pet store. There is nothing really to say about air stones. There job is to provide aeration into your aquarium when connected to your air pump. I bought these to replace air stones that were plugged up in my 60 gallon tank’s undergravel outlet tubes. I replaced them without “prepping” them first directly into my tank and immediately got a very high flow of bubbles! These bubbles are medium and larger in their size, but I am using a higher output twin outlet pump and tubing is split into 4 air stones. I would imagine these stones would be perfect for any size tank, but do remember that excessive air flow may cause extreme turbulence in smaller tanks or to tanks containing more delicate species. Air flow in the tank directly helps with the oxygen levels, but proper water changes and ph checks will still be needed for a more successful experience. Best wishes! ... show more

  • Good Airstones
Pattern Name: 1 inch
These have been perfectly nice little air stones so far. They have a surprisingly good weight to them. No difficultly getting them to sink or stay down when affixed to line and suction cups. I experienced no dust or chipping out of the package. There was also no clogging when setting them up- each one bubbled vigorously when tested and has been performing perfectly in their tanks. They fit well with standard air tubing and haven’t shown any sealing disruptions of any kind. Algae hasn’t been a problem. They haven’t shown any dead zones to attract it. The colors have blended well in my tanks and the small size has been easy to hide. My fish have enjoyed the bubbles and, while I did soak them as instructed, I will just also note that they don’t seem to have had any residue or unwanted contaminants in or on them. I think that covers all the bases, lol. This was a good value for quality air stones and I would purchase them again if needed. ... show more

  • Perfect for my " Brain in a jar "!
Pattern Name: 1 inch
I used these to make a " brain in a jar" prop for my YouTube channel at Cobwebs and Candlesticks. They worked out great to surround my brain with a cloud of bubbles. You really don't even see it once it's making bubbles. It's a great product and they have other sizes too!

  • Used for DWC
Pattern Name: 0.6 inch
Changed out big bulky airstones that came with a DWC kit to these smaller ones. Much finer bubbles and was able to run more buckets (double the amount) off of one pump.

  • Low pressure , nice sized bubbles, evenly matched set.
Pattern Name: 0.6 inch
After a couple failed purchases with poor results. (Wildly uneven flow rates) I bought these hoping for a super low pressure airstone, that could be grouped in fours, and all flow relatively the same. Was not disappointed, they are exactly as id hoped ! ( two flow a bit more, and one is weak :) TLDR= All good, great item, well made, relatively balanced flow. Money well spent ! ... show more

  • Works GREAT! LOVE THESE! LOTS OF BUBBLES BUBBLES BUBBLES!
Pattern Name: 1.2 inch
I wish I had known I could use larger air stones from day one for my underground filter. Once I replaced my small air stones with these WOW what a difference in the filter and keeping my tank clean. Since I have a very messy red cheek and feeder fish that have reproduced and are huge now, they can make a clean tank very dirty quickly. Love these and will be ordering more. I also have to say I have had air stones from other companies and even if my air pump is strong they still didn't give out lots of bubbles. These produce bubbles bubbles bubbles galore! ... show more
