  • Recommend build on the flat ground
Size: 8 X 6 FT
It looks great! My husband used two days to finish it, I will recommend to install it at least two persons ! Pros Online videos and printed instructions are excellent. Cons One of the screw types should be beefed up. The BB screw package. Amazing how solid mostly plastic is with a few metal pieces and several hundred sheet metal type screws. I do recommend it and saved several hundred dollars if not much more building or purchasing a wood shed. It would be much easier disassembled and moved than other sheds. Delivery was fast and easy to open and move piece by piece to the final build site. It’s big , solid and good look! ... show more

  • Great Shed for Simple Backyard Storage
Size: 8 X 6 FT
The media could not be loaded. The Patiowell 8 x 6 FT Plastic Outdoor Storage Shed is an excellent choice for a straightforward backyard storage solution. We needed a place to store our lawn mower and a bike, and this shed fits the bill perfectly. Assembly was straightforward but definitely a two-person job. It took us about 6 hours to put it together. To save time and effort, I recommend using a drill with a Philips head bit—it makes the process much easier. At one point, we needed a mallet to knock in the poles for the door, but everything else was included in the kit. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which was a big plus. Once assembled, the shed feels sturdy and looks great in the yard. The built-in floor, window, and lock are all convenient features. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and functional storage solution. ... show more

  • No surprises! 10/10
Size: 8 X 10 FT
Exactly as expected. This was a quick and easy build, as long as you have even the slightest builders mind. Some of the holes didn’t align perfectly, but the amount in comparison to the number of screws you’ll using to build is so minimal. This product came together in the matter of about 5 hours. My partner built it with some minor help from myself (as I stayed in pajamas and crocs, the tasks were some minor lifting and holding for me, easy enough for the helper). They do send everything you need, but we used our own tools for the sake of ease; 10 mm wrench, a 5 mm Allen t-handle, a rubber mallet (we used this to kick instead of our feet) and an impact Philips driver. We couldn’t be happier with the product! 10 out of 10 recommend! ... show more

  • Great outdoor shed.
Size: 8 X 6 FT
My son and I built this shed in 2 and half hours (I'm a 71 year old woman). The instructions were easy to understand and easy to follow. We did not use the "kick" method indicated in the instructions. We used a rubber mallet. I really like the fact that it has metal reinforcement bars for the roof. I had another major brand shed at my last house and it snapped together and fell apart several times with strong wind. Just a note, we recently had a hurricane in Houston and it held together with no issues at all. I really like this shed, it is good looking and holds all of my garden and yard tools perfectly. One thing I did do was buy some screen material at a hardware store and put it over the air vents to keep wasp from going in and building nests. Thats a real problem here. It still lets the air circulate just fine. A+ purchase would definitely recommend. ... show more

  • My only dissatisfaction is the price
Size: 8 X 12 FT
So, I got my new shed up. One week for delivery and a day for assembly. The overall structure of the shed is quite sturdy and the roof is really solid. I’ve read a couple of reviews saying these sheds stood up to severe weather and I now believe it. The door is by no means secure. The whole shed is plastic so a secure door wouldn’t mean anything anyway. The walls are not solid. In fact, they’re flexible. Don’t plan on hanging anything on them. The best thing to compare this shed to is a metal shed. Metal is about one fourth the cost of resin, but unfortunately metal sheds have short walls and short doors. I’ve owned three metal sheds and banged my head on the door opening too many times to get a fourth. They also leak. No more metal sheds for me. I think the cost of the shed is pricey, but If it lasts as long as a metal shed the extra cost is worth it. It would be nice if these sheds could be purchased locally, the included shipping raises the price. >>Delivery: The shed is delivered in seven big boxes. Mine came in four deliveries from three locations. I received all seven boxes within seven days from placing the order. Purchasing from Patiowell through Amazon breaks down communication some. I received only one box with the first delivery and Amazon showed my order delivered without indication of more to come. I reported a “Problem with order” and was able to leave a message with the seller. They replied with the FedEx tracking numbers for the remaining six boxes. I was also a bit apprehensive seeing the boxes coming from different locations. In the end I received all packages delivered to my door or inside my garage and nothing was damaged or missing. >>Assembly: Tools: #3 Phillips, #2 Phillips, 5mm Allen, 10mm nut driver or wrench. A couple of quick clamps can help with the gables. A common complaint about the assembly instructions is that there are only pictures, no word descriptions. I’ll add some. There are 675 pieces to the 8x12 shed. 550 of them are screws. Don’t expect to get the shed assembled in 3 hours. The floor is a breeze, 15 minutes. An hour for the walls AFTER THE FIRST TWO PANELS (remember, there are a lot of screws). I got the whole thing assembled in about 11 hours. Two people are needed for some of it: putting up the walls (the “kick-it” works pretty nicely), setting the metal trusses up on the walls (three people would be better than two), and setting the triangular gables on the front and back walls. >>TROUBLE SPOTS: When you watch the videos they all start with the first wall piece already in place. It wraps around the corner and too easily pops out of place as you put the second wall panel into place. After you get the second panel in place, all the rest are a breeze, maybe a minute to place each of the remaining panels. I really struggled with the first panel and ended up screwing washers into my wooden base to block the panel from coming unlocked at the bottom. >>Setting the roof trusses is awkward because the walls are not yet fixed in place, they’re actually floppy at this point in the assembly. I would set the truss in place on the right wall and while I was setting it on the left wall being held up straight by a helper, the right wall would lean out and the rafter would then fall and I’d have to start all over. A third person would be helpful. >>Pay close attention to the videos when it comes to setting the assembled doors in place. The video goes through it too quickly. The hinges the doors swing on are long round rods that are about two inches longer than door. Insert it through the door until it is flush with the circular ring on the bottom of the door. It will extend about two inches out of the top of the door. You take the door into the shed and stand it up parallel to the long walls. In the top of the door opening, outer edge, there’s a metal bracket with a notch cut out for the depth/thickness/edge of the door to slide through. Slide the center edge of the door through first. There is a circular depression/socket in the floor that the circular ring on the bottom of the door will set into. When the ring is set into place, tap the rod extending out the top of the door down into the socket until the top of the door can be moved all the way into the metal bracket. There is a plastic cap that will fit over the top of the rod and screw into place securing the hinge rod; tap the rod down until the cap fits into it’s location. The wall panel that is against the door must be behind/inside the door. If it is not, simply push the panel in from the front and it will pop behind the door. There is a metal plate that screws into the inside of the wall that will prevent the wall from popping back outside the door. ... show more

  • Very bad quality
Size: 8 X 6 FT
It’s doesn’t connect! The quality sucks! We had to hire someone to install yet it didn’t turn out the way it supposed to be! It was not cheap as well. For the amount they charge you can buy a decent storage!! I won’t buy it a storage and I won’t recommend for anyone!

  • Worst directions ever written.
Size: 8 X 10 FT
After struggling thru directions that left a lot to be desired the shed is actually very nice. The two guys putting it together were knowledgeable handymen and they struggled to understand directions. Some directions seemed to be completely missing. It was bad, so be prepared to really put in some study time and figuring it on your own. ... show more
