Great product, well made, good instructions. We built it a week before Hurricane Milton made landfall. We strapped it down for the hurricane and luckily it made it with no leaks or damage at all. The one thing I would point out to buyers is to make sure your ground is 100% leveled otherwise the whole shed will be thrown off and the doors won’t line up properly. First, make sure you build this on a flat/level surface. If not, it will not click together. Pros: relatively inexpensive, relatively easy to assemble, easy to understand directions, tough rubbermaid material, fairly tight seams, comes with hooks for hanging up tools or pegboard Cons: leaks at doors and wall seams when it rains heavily, does not include top and bottom pin locks for inside door, the small vent at the top does not allow enough air movement to cool the shed, instructions could use a few details on alignment, snap-fit along the bottom is a fight on the corners, screws strip the plastic way too easy (be thoughtful of the speed when using electric drill). Overall we are satisfied with the purchase. We build ours on an 8x8 treated lumber platform on skids. It is light enough to drag around with the zero-turn mower. We bought this to use as a walk-in chicken coop and it worked very well. I bought two pop-in solar fans from another vendor and put them in the door windows. Four stars only because of the struggle on a slightly imperfect surface and the snap-ins on the corners kept popping out when assembling. It fell on me twice. ... show more

I was impressed with the 7 x 7 Shed. It took about 5 hours to build and I had my son assist me for the roof installation (that took about 3 of the 5 hours). This is the second plastic shed I have put together (the first one was from a different company). I really liked how the walls were attached. Instead of screws, it was a wide, plastic latch system that really secured the walls. The instructions were straight forward and easily followed. What I would change is how the plex-glass is wrapped. It took me almost an hour to remove the stickers/protected coating from the glass! Also, a slight improvement that could be done is when you need to fasten the medal support rods on the roof line. The metal support rod has a "GAP" where you fasten the screw. If the screw drops accidently, you cannot retrieve the screw. Fortunately, they give you alot of extra screws. I have been dealing with Rubbermaid regarding the warped doors on this shed. It is absolutely ridiculous the lack of quality on the resin shed doors......they came warped....and do not close tightly on the tops of the two doors. Rubbermaid did send new doors.....HOWEVER WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REMOVE/INSTALL THE REPLACEMENT DOORS.....UNTIL FINALLY THEY GOT BACK TO ME AND SAID TO JUST FOLLOW THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS BACKWARDS!!!!!! ATTACHING THE ASSEMBLY BOOK THAT CAME WITH THE ORIGINAL SHED. THIS WOULD MEAN TAKING THE ENTIRE ROOF OFF AND THE FRONT OF THE SHED ITSELF, THIS SHED WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT EASY ASSEMBLY....AND THERE IS NO WAY THAT I AM TAKING THIS SHED APART...I HAVE USED SO MUCH GORILLA TAPE TRYING TO KEEP WATER OUT OF THIS SHED....SO VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS "NEW" RUBBERMAID SHED......!!!! I DID NOT BUY A USED SHED WITH DEFECTED DOORS AND ONLY HAVING TO RE-ASSEMBLE THE ENTIRE SHED "AGAIN" TO PREVENT THE DOORS FROM NOT CLOSING ON THE TOPS!!!! VERY DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!! It took a couple of handymen about two hours to assemble it. It is attractive and designed to add holders for hanging storage. We will have to judge its water resistance since we are having a drought at the moment. It seems quiet sturdy but also we haven’t had any heavy winds.

I am extremely happy with this 7x7 shed! It took my boys about 3 hours to put it together. Very easy to put together. I am so very pleased with it. I have only one complaint about it. Even though I have a lock on it, the doors will still easily open. There is no latch at the top or bottom to secure it unfortunately. ... show more

Overall I like this product a lot, it really cleaned up our yard and looks good from the outside. You for sure have to get the ground very level to have the design work, which is annoying. For example, the doors are permanently difficult to open based on the slight out of level I have, the tolerances being what they are. And there are times when you need two people on ladders, one inside and one outside the shed to get the roof together. They could have designed it to just have one person be able to do it with only slightly more design thought. Also there's not really any good design considerations for attaching to the ground itself. You either have to pick your own spots to drill through the floor to some kind of anchor, or you could do some kind of hurricane strap configuration, but they just didn't really design with ground attachment in mind. ... show more
