This went together fairly easily. The 2 corner panels were marked incorrectly but I was able to figure it out quickly. The cushions are extra thick & comfortable. The size is just right. Not too big but not too small. I am very happy with the unit. I wish the cover had a couple of hooks to place around the legs rather than the rope but over all it is a great sturdy comfortable unit ... show more

We received all 3 of the boxes for this outdoor set on the same day, relatively quickly. Assembly was pretty easy although time consuming even using a cordless screwdriver with an allen wrench bit. It took around 1.5 hours working at a leisurely pace, not making any mistakes. One good thing was the holes mostly lined up and I didn't have to drill out any new ones to make it fit. On a couple of occasions I had to loosen other bolts to get holes to line up and then re-tighten the bolts. The fabric seems very durable although not as comfortable as indoor furniture as you might expect. The mattresses are firm and we like them like that. Overall, we are very happy to have this and sit on them on our deck every day! ... show more

This couch is perfect for our small deck. It's a great size that seats 5 comfortably. But it isn't so big that it overtakes the deck. We ordered the 2 rockers with it and it's a great set. The cushions are great. Not flimsy. They feel a little hard but are getting softer with use. This was not hard to put together. Would highly recommend ! ... show more

This item was purchased on Amazon from a 3rd party vendor. When it arrived, two of the legs for the corner seat piece were bent. I contacted Amazon first and they sent a message to the vender. Since it did not make sense to return the whole lot, I took photos of the damaged piece, sent those to the vendor, and they had a replacement piece at my house within 5 days. The product itself seems robust and went together with no issues. The cushions are very comfortable and the included cover does in fact keep the cushions dry when it's raining. ... show more

This kind of product usually gets complaints, but I’m really satisfied with it. However, the assembly wasn’t easy. Although the seller provided basic tools, I’d recommend using your own tools or power tools.

The frame wobbles and the cushions are scratchy. Cushion covers were washed in cold water and hung to dry. They will not go back on without ripping at the seams. I would not buy this product again.
