Good quality one had one to pop while inflating out of the entire bag. Handle them with care because they are not very thick but thick enough to get the job done if your not having to do a lot of pulling on them.

I searched for black matte balloons and these were the first option displayed however they do not match the description at all. They are definitely not matte balloons and they are small which makes them hard to inflate. I also thought they were regular sized balloons as I couldn't picture what 5inch balloons looked like so for those of you that also do not know, this is for you. ... show more
