I brought this kit not really knowing what size I needed, I was still trying to figure it out. I was working between 17mm & 19mm. While 17 gave me a good output, after a few uses it was leaving my nipples more sore than the actual pump. 19 gave me good output with a lot less pain. 17 was too small, 21 was too big and 19 is just right. I got the momcozy S12 pro through Aeroflow and as soon as I got it I realized I’d need a different size flange than what came with it. The Aeroflow website only allowed you to order individual sizes and I wasn’t 100% sure what size I’d need and I know they can change throughout the breastfeeding journey so I wanted to try and find a multi pack. Bought for momcozy m5. Only issue I have is that the tube part is long and the only way to pour milk out is to remove the flange. Otherwise works great.

These flange inserts worked well with my Momcozy S12, my Spectra s2, and my medela hand pump! I initially thought to only order the size I needed but I’m glad I ordered the variety pack because your nipple size changes throughout breastfeeding/pumping, especially early on, so it worked well to have other sizes on hand.
