The media could not be loaded. I love this computer. It's large but beautiful. It's super quiet even on the most intensive workloads. The file system access on Windows 11 is lightning fast. The manufacturer/assembler knows what they are doing. The packaging was impeccable. I also really appreciate the thorough inspection before shipping. The video does not do this system justice. You have to experience it in person. Highly recommended. I haven't run this on gaming, only AI workloads. I have two other 30 series Nvidia computers and they excel at gaming.     • Easiest transition to a new PC I've ever experienced. (And my first PC was a TRS 80 model 1).
Bought it for gaming and because my old system is 20 years old, and I needed an update for Windows 11. I'm an ex-IT manager, and I'm impressed with the job Empowered PC did getting this system set up and ready to go right out of the box. Easiest transition ever.

When I got it the keyboard didn't function, not the physical keyboard but the drivers. No keyboard worked. I eventually factory reset it. Then it worked for about a week then would no longer connect to my monitor. Thinking about just returning it since the turn around from door to door is something like 2 weeks, 7-10 business days from when it arrives. Tech support basically said I should try and fix it myself first. Reseat the GPU, make sure everything is plugged in, etc. Man, I bought a computer for a reason. Edit: It's took a few weeks to get shipped, repaired and shipped again. Turns out it was bad RAM causing the issue. Out of fairness I bumped up my rating. ... show more

I did have to contact the seller because of a delivery issue with UPS. The customer service was literally top notch.
