I wanted to update my review…. After leaving my review, the company reached out to me to see if they could make things right. They offered a replacement set. I accepted and paid he new set was set out. I received it very quickly. Assembly was much easier on this set (used my husband’s screwdriver with Allen wrench attachment). The cushions are thicker and A lot more comfortable. The set is beautiful, sturdy and well made. I love that the company was willing to stand behind their product. I love the look of the set. Assembly was a bit sketchy. Some of the holes were not aligned properly. Luckily my hubby is quite handy and was able to make it work. The cushions are not very substantial. So sitting for any period of time can be uncomfortable. The material seems very cheap. It has a bit of a shininess to it and they are very slippery. Personally, I don’t think they are worth the price. ... show more

These chairs arrived in two boxes, each a bit over 30 lbs. Shipping was very fast! Amazon originally projected a two-week delivery timeframe but they arrived in 3 days. The boxes were in good condition and were easy to unpack. All pieces were included and in perfect condition - there were even extra screws! I was unable to assemble the chairs without help from my neighbor who used a ratchet driver and Allen head bit. The included Allen wrenches were too small to handle the task of assembly and made it painful for my hands. He was able to complete what I had started in about 20 minutes. Once assembled, the chairs look great, the ottomans fit perfectly, and they are comfortable to sit in. The chairside table is nice and big. There is no support under the top so I will probably set a large serving tray or a piece of tempered glass on it so it does not sag. As others have noted, the cushion covers are slick polyester in a creamy off-white color. The seat bottom foam is reasonably firm. The back cushion is stuffed softly with batting and the ottoman cushion is thinner and less dense than the seat cushion. I have noticed that there is static electricity build-up. When I rise from the chair while holding the arms, I can feel small electric shocks in my hands. I look forward to enjoying more time on my patio now that I have comfy chairs with ottomans to stretch out on. ... show more

Just received this today and assembled it myself. It's a very pretty set, I love the color. When assembling as others have stated, put in all the screws only very loosely finger tight as it makes it easier to align all of them. I like that the chairs are a generous size and they are comfortable. The chairs feel super sturdy and solid when put together but time will tell how the PE wicker holds up. ... show more

I'm very pleased with this patio set: it's very sturdy, elegant, and assembly was easy. It was well-packaged and included all the necessary hardware (one type of screw, washers, Allen wrench). I'm not handy and the instructions were easy to follow. It only took me a little over an hour to put it together. I also love the sky blue/Robin blue color for the cushions. Very reasonably-priced. We started off shaky because AMAZON sent one of the boxes that had been open with half of the pieces removed--shame on them. HOWEVER, even over a holiday weekend I was able to contact Pamapic customer service through the email address on the booklet and THEY sent me a replacement box -- I did not relish trying to get those pieces back in the box and then to the ups store to do a return through amazon. I'm glad we weren't having an event that needed the furniture but that is Amazon's fault, not the company. As soon as they had stock of the box that needed replaced, we received it THE NEXT DAY. We had it together with no trouble (I was just more of a second set of hands) and it was out on the patio! They look nice with our brick, are sturdy and I love how the ottomans slide underneath when not being used to save valuable space. I wanted to use them a bit before a review. ... show more

Update on Review: My project is finally at the stage where the furniture was needed. All pieces were in the boxes and hardware. Instructions are minimal but adequate. The pieces went together with no problem, all holes matched up perfectly, all hardware fit. The chairs are ok quality, cushions are adequate. The table probably could use a glass top for stability of bottles, glasses etc. All in all, after the inital problem of a missing box which Pamapic resolved, I would recommend these chairs. Having the ottomans slip underneath the chairs for space saving is a great idea and works well. March 12, I finally received a response to my emails/phone calls. They responded because of the 1 star review I gave them on Amazon whcih, they say, hurts their sales. The offered to send a new order, no need to return the older incomplete order. I received the new order and got both boxes on March 16. The smaller box does have hardware and small instruction sheet so that's an improvement. Due to the long delay etc I can't give them more than 3 stars but I will say their support is now tracking my progress so I did get their attention. No comment about quality as I haven't put the pieces together yet and that was not my complaint. I will comment later on quality. Thank you Pamapic support for finally getting on top of this. Gary ------- I ordered this on Feb 20 and promptly received one box marked 2/2. The other box has not arrived (1/2). I have called Pamapic support number, no response, I sent an email via their website, no response after 4 days. I opened the box and confirmed there are missing parts, 3 cushions (one chair), one chair, etc. Tracking the shipment UPS shows a package arriving in Goodyear, AZ on Feb 22 and no motion after that. I believe it's sitting there but who knows. Sorry that Pamapic support is not responding. I am going to request a return and refund. Maybe ordering again will get both boxes delivered.
