These are great for meal prepping if you are going to be eating at the house. I have had issues when packing them in lunch boxes and them leaking. They are also not that easy to clean. If you put them in the dishwasher they rust. They will also rust if you wash them in the sink but do not completely dry them off with rags. As long as you hand wash them as soon as you use them and immediately dry them off they work great. This is true with most mason jars, I just like to be honest.
