I've painted professionally for years. I had an exterior door to paint and thought I'd try one of these cordless sprayers. It was delivered on time, easy to setup, worked great with my Milwaukee M18 battery, and laid down the paint nicely. It takes some time to get familiar with what tips work best with each product, and thinning paint to proper viscosity. The filters in the package are very cheap and flimsy, so get something better before you start mixing. Cleanup is quick. I will continue to use it and post later after a few more jobs, but it did great on the first one and has already paid for itself. ... show more

We purchased this for our small painting project after reading the reviews. It doesn’t work as a paint sprayer when used with a typical indoor or outdoor paint. If you are using extremely thin viscosity paint (ie: water-thin), it should work fine. What it did for us is to increase the project budget by about $46. It works so poorly, it makes one wonder how this tool gets so many good reviews. ... show more

This is ready to use right out if the wrapping with eyobi batteries. The paint cup is much easier to screw on than the original ryobi sprayer. The spray pattern is smooth and even with no sputters of paint. This made spraying teak sealer ok my team furniture a breeze and was very easy to clean with mineral spirits afterwards. For someone like me who is not very handy but Li li Es yo takes on projects, I very highly recommend. For an experienced painter, I can personally say that this will outperform most of the mid to low end sprayers at home depot with very little overspray and spray back ... show more

Turned out this tool let me stain 6 Adirondack chairs, 2 coat in less than 1 hr. vs an hour per chair. Easy to assemble, adjust and then use. 2nd job was lattice fencing where in less than 1 hr covered a 3' x 100' long under deck cross hatched lattice panels was completed. Brushing would have taken many hours and I'll bet there would be misses. The 6 chairs required 2 batteries, The lattice was 1 battery. Clean up was paint thinner for the stain and water for deck stain. All honesty I should have added this tool to my arsenal years ago and will rely on it for staining of the Tiki bar next year. The light weight and easy set up and care is perfect for when you're doing small jobs multiple places. The adjustment for your spray setting moves easier than id like. My Milwaukee batteries also are a little loose on the connection. Over while using it worked well with the type of paint I was using and after a few adjustments it gave me the desired Finish on my jobs. Would recommend for someone wanting to save money on a sprayer when you carry Milwaukee Makita or DeWalt batteries. They are available for all three compatibilities. ... show more
