This is a nice shoe rack. It is not necessarily hard to put together, but there are a lot of pieces so it is time consuming and a bit tedious. Just make sure you have time when you start. It looks nice when finished. There is not a ton of space between rows so I had to lie some of my heels and boots flat. Also, the ceiling in closet isn't that tall so I left a few levels off. Very annoying to put together but it’s done! lol and luckily I had an extra set of hands! It’s very sturdy & I’m very happy with the quality for the price point. My boyfriend’s size 11 shoes fit perfectly, my shoes (size 6.5) fit great and there was enough room to stack some of my shoes on top of each other for extra storage. This product is very cheaply made. After assembly and putting my shoes on it, I noticed it was leaning quite a bit. The next day, it fell apart. I guess it couldn't handle the weight of 20 prs of shoes. The connectors should've been made of a more sturdy plastic or maybe metal.
