I installed it on a trailer that’s barely used. After 2 months I measured around 14V on my battery. It maintains but not strong enough to recharge a dead battery. At this time is winter, the panel is installed on the trailer box vertical, facing South. I tried on top of the box (horizontal), but didn’t work because the sun is too low.     • quality is not steady
i try to connect with my surveillance which setting outside at my house. However, it cannot charge at all. I follow the instruction, and try to setting everything good. Another issue might be the waterproof and with strong wind. Will try a bigger solar panel and steady one next time.

I got one to have in the car, just in case. However it’s NOT flexible at all and makes for questionable storage. I have changed my plans for this panel and is now hard mounted on a cargo trailer as a battery tender for my lights in the trailer.

I put this on my pop-up campers battery box top to help with ensuring that my batteries have a charge on them to raise and lower the camper roof when it's been stored for a while. batteries sat connected for two months untouched with this hooked up and still had plenty of charge to run the winch that raises my roof. I used this on my smaller electric start generator to keep the battery charged between uses, which is months. The generator is stored in my shed that doesn't have a/c power, so I am using this mounted outside with the cord run into the building to the generator. During the recent hurricane, I found the battery to be fully charged and ready - a good feeling. This panel is thin and not flexible, so care should be used in mounting so it is not bent. I used the supplied rubber suction cups as standoffs, and drilled through the center of them and used screws to mount this on a flat surface. ... show more
