While these are very cute, they are definitely not worth the money. It is not wood, it is plastic, very cheaply maded, and mine are glued slightly crooked. I have to have a folded piece of paper under both of them to get them to stand straight. It is also difficult to put together because the cord that sticks out the top cannot be pulled through the bottom. It has to be shoved in a tube and the top screwed on...was totally a design flaw. If the fairy lights ever go out, the middle part cannot be opened to change them. Had these been much cheaper, a lot of this wouldn't matter. I would not recommend at this price, and I may return them. ... show more

Okay admittedly, these are absolutely wonderful for a bedroom or any room for that matter! Love that they are dual purpose. You can touch them for a low lighting setting like when you walk in the house or you can use the top bulb for full lighting. They are well made and quality. This lamp looked sooo great in the photos! I was so excited to order it. I thought “brown” meant painted brown or like a dark bronze. But it’s not. It’s obviously-fake wood. The base, the center pole, the top above the glass. So cheap looking. I wanted a natural, neutral lamp that didn’t demand attention but had hidden details that were special, and that went with the other natural decor in my house ( most of my lamps are handmade from wood by various family members).
