i’m writing this review from my 13 pro max😂, first i was pretty skeptical bc of some peoples bad experience with refurbished devices, but i’ve been silenced!!! This phone came brand spanking new!! no glitches or anything it’s been functioning really well!! no delays in the touch, not a single scratch and i did accidentally drop it twice and nothing happened either time so i would say pretty durable! i bought it in excellent condition, battery was at 86% but it charges pretty fast and dies slowly so that didn’t bother me much! overall happy i took the risk!! if i ever need to again i will purchase again! (it did take a while to get to me but i think tht was bc of the holiday season) ... show more

The battery capacity is currently at 93%, which, while still decent, does not align with my expectations for a device described as being in “excellent condition.” Typically, I would associate such a description with a battery health rating closer to 100%, especially given that I paid a premium price for this option. I understand that some wear and tear is inevitable, but when a device is marketed as being in “excellent condition,” I believe it should reflect that in all aspects, including battery performance. **Doing the review from the phone** It took like 2 days to get here and the estimated time was on point. Dion as I got it, I was able to switch my sims card into this phone and begin setting it up. I absolutely love it and would 100 percent recommend getting a phone from Amazon!

Giving a 5/5 review i was definitely skeptical at first reading the reviews but im very happy with my Iphone 13 Pro Max all though it was a little pricey the phone is in almost brand new condition it had a tiny scratch near the microphone on the front but was able to switch my number super quickly so it is totally unlocked! This phone was clearly a display piece somewhere since OLED burn-in shows the old apps clear as day, but that’s a small price to pay for a $500 iPhone 13 Pro Max. Plus they’re barely visible anyways

The phone is in great condition and came with a new charger with base. My only complaint is that they didn’t put a new battery in it and the battery health is at 86%. So now I have to purchase a new one even though I paid over $500 for the phone.
