This hat is definitely oversized. If you have a small to normal-size head, it will definitely be too large for you. The marketing points say this hat fits heads 23.6”-25.6”, and my head is on the lower end of this range. I have to cinch this hat to the smallest it can be to fit my head. However, I like to wear sweat-wicking headbands under my hats to absorb sweat. And that’s where this large hat excels for me. I have many other mesh and sweat-wicking hats that are too small to fit over headbands. If it’s a bit too roomy, the fit can be customized by cinching the elasticized snap closure in the back. This cap’s super light-weight breathable material make it a superior choice for summer. Don’t be misled by the product page’s written color designation “Wax Yellow.” The hue is actually classic khaki, just like in the photo. I’m somewhat skeptical about how the manufacturer can claim a UPF 50 rating when the side panels are mesh. However, the solid panels cover the part of the scalp most vulnerable to sunburn - especially on gents who are hair challenged. This blue mesh baseball cap for people with larger heads fits very well, but the quality of this cap is a bit cheap. The construction and quality of the materials is OK, not great. It is an ideal cap for times when you just need to have a baseball cap that you can tuck into your back pocket, or throw into your bag. It is very lightweight, it has holes on the sides, which allows your hair and head to breathe and stay cool on a hot day. The back strap is actually an adjustable clip, which is handier and more useful to adjust, to give you a more comfortable fit. It has a solid front cover, which looks OK but the quality of the stitching and the overall construction of this base ball does look a bit cheap when you get up close. If you are looking for a baseball cap that definitely fits larger heads then this is a good baseball cap. It’s also an excellent cap if you just need one that you can basically crush, throw in your bag, let it get smashed up and it will be OK. The fabric of this hat is soft and breathable, and it is made of mesh, so you can definitely feel cool after wearing it as it is well ventilated. The size is much larger than a normal hat, so I think you need to look at that carefully before choosing. After washing, it dries easily and quickly, so you can wear it without any worries. He always has a hard time finding hats that fit. He needs XXL and up, and this hat fits the bill. He also hates any and all logos, so it’s great that this isn’t loud like the usual fashion statement caps. Perforations allow it to breathe. Looks sharp (well, as sharp as any baseball cap can get) and doesn’t wrinkle. His only complaint is that the fabric is not as nice as some competitors’. It feels like typical polyester fabric for quick dry sports headwear but more “crunchy”… certainly not a deal breaker but he prefers the “softer” ones and confesses he only uses this (green) one to color coordinate his outfits. ... show more

This worked very well with my big head and even some extra room to adjust for a bigger one. Look and feel is good. I do not like wearing hats in general but this was Ok in general in a sunny day without any sweats and issue. I believe the thin fabric made me feel like this. There is no logo anywhere. I have many baseball/trucker/dad caps. Some of them, like this CHUANGLI, are all or mostly all poly. I find the all-cotton ones much nicer-looking but this one looks fine although the fabric is quite thin. With its wide brim and low crown, it seems much more of a "Dad" cap than some of the others. It is a "snap-back" cap, which means that it is adjustable. It has a fabric strip in the back and a metal buckle that can be tightened or loosened to easily adjust the cap's circumference. I have a pretty big head. I measured it at the hat line with a piece of cord at 23.5 inches. This cap worked fine for me and with lots extra, perhaps two more inches, of the fabric band remaining. The cap is made up of six fabric panels sewn together but not the usual way. There are 2 top panels, one front panel and 2 ventilated side panels. It is comfortable to wear but secure. I don't like to wear clothing manufacturers' advertising and this cap has no names or logos on the front. Thank you Chuangli. It is manufactured in China. ... show more

This brand is now at the top of my list, for XXXL sizes and quality construction. The hats are not only larger but are shaped perfectly so they don't look like some misshapen models I've got. Highly recommend this brand for fit and quality.
