This swing set is plenty sturdy for my 3yo granddaughter, probably good up to 6-8yo. I was missing a small plastic spacer. Customer support was great except they couldn’t just mail me the missing part, they had to mail a whole new swing set. Then I removed the needed part and had to mail it back. I purchased the Outsunny 5-in-1 Kids Swing Set as an early birthday gift for my great nephews, and it was a hit! My brother and I spent about 4 hours putting it together. Although one of the set bars was incorrect, we managed to make it work, but I will be needing a #10 bar to replace the wrong one. Pay close attention to which side you place the #31 bar—it does make a difference. We also encountered some issues with the slide, so be sure to follow the instructions exactly as they are laid out. Despite these hiccups, the boys absolutely loved it—they were so excited they didn’t want to come inside, even when it started raining. Overall decent. The parts are labeled well. The swing eye bolts are very short, and strip easy. I had to use additional parts from a local hardware store to make them work.
