This is a very effective, vertical space heater. It comes with a handy remote that turns it on and off, increases or decreases the heat, and offers timing options. It also rotates (like an oscillating fan) so it can broadcast heat over a wider area and the remote controls that as well. There are nine different levels of heat. Even the first or second level puts out a significant amount of heat. There is also a little carrying handle on top to make it easier to transport. I haven’t had the opportunity to use it outside yet, but it has worked great inside. I permanently mounted his heater in my small casita trailer on the wall at floor level, with a custom made heat shield and it is Wonderfull. keeps the floor warm and drys our shoes out. and does not overheat surrounding objects. It's totally quiet and acts as a night light in the trailer on low setting which is more than enough heat for our 17foot trailer. Would decently by again. ... show more

This heater was perfect for us during a recent renovation when we had very poor heat in part of our house. It provided strong heat ad we felt safe knowing that if it got knocked down by the workers or dog, we would be safe.     • Nice hear foe short range
We’re using this on our outdoor screened patio and it sits about 2-3 feet from the seating area. We don’t have a place to hang a heater and I don’t want anything too bulky to interfere with our view. This is giving us plenty of heat, even on the lower settings. We are in Texas though, so we’re not trying to use this in below freezing weather. But it’s working to take the chill off when the temp is in the 50s. I love the oscillating function so that everyone can share the warmth and the remote is SUCH a nice touch. I would like the cord length to be a little longer, but that’s just because of my needs and not a fault of the product. If you’re trying to warm an entire room or use in below freezing weather, you may want more, but this is perfect for our needs! ... show more
