This heater produces a large amount of heat despite its small size. You mount it onto an expanding iron cradle. You can carry it by the handle on top, and it has a non-slip rubber grip sleeve that slides over the handle. However, the first thing I noticed was that the rubber sleeve slipped off the first time I picked it up. To prevent this, I wrapped it tightly with cohesive bandage wrap, but I would advise you to either tape or glue it down because if you do so, you risk dropping the heater and possibly damaging it. The instructions don't mention this, but it's important that you mount the heating element in the correct position; otherwise, it will not power on. The booklet doesn't clearly show which orientation you're supposed to mount the heater. I was confused because the only picture in the booklet is a drawing which shows the on/off switch on the back of the heater in the correct orientation, but the drawing doens't show the warning label that's printed on the top of the heater. So when I attached the heater, I attached it upside down, so that the on/off switch was oriented the right way up, like shown in the book. But this was wrong. The heater would not power on. Be sure that when you attach the heater to the iron bar and mount it to the cradle that the warning label is facing up even if the on off switch is upside down. On either side of the cradle, you'll see two black wheel-shaped bolts. Once you expand the cradle as high as it will go, you turn those to tighten the frame and hold itself in the expanded position. The weird thing is that you turn each of those bolts in opposite directions, so for the one on the right that you turn clockwise, you'll be turning the one on the left in the opposite direction. Everything else about this heater seems well made, with high-quality parts and construction. It obviously has tip over protection because if the heater is upside down, it turns itself on. The cord is extra thick and long, and the cradle base is strong and keeps the heater away from nearby objects; it keeps it from falling over; it's pretty stable; and it is pretty powerful as far as production. I don't know about everyone else, but these directions so many things come with are so ridiculous. The pictures and parts don't match. In fact, a very important part doesn't even show on the booklet. The print is so tiny you can't really see it. Ok past that if and when you get it assembled it's not a bad product. It's not commercial grade, but still sturdy. I think it's a little prettier for a home owner model instead of pure utility. This one is actually headed to my vending structure for an event in Dec. We aren't usually doing events as late as Dec. so haven't been prepared for cold temps. I will say this heater does seem to throw out a decent amount of wonderful heat. The safety aspect caught my attention also. With the frame like it is - it would be hard to get up next to it to get burned. In my busy little building that matters so much. It will also make a good emergency heater if we had no heat there or at home. Happy to have added to my list of helpful things to have on hand. ... show more

This will hang at highest point of personal greenhouse. My space heater does not have the output to generate enough warmth in the area. I have to attach a crossbar in the eaves of the greenhouse to install the heater. Looks to be a winner in the winter months
