The media could not be loaded. Living in Florida, we were looking for a unique outdoor heater to help warm up our outdoor lanai for the winter. After an extensive search we identified this one as being one of the more unique products out there. The primary reason I'm giving it four stars is because assembly was challenging and the heat radiates more upwards around the sides. That being said, this is a top quality product that will certainly get comments from friends, family and visitors! Here are my notes: PROS: -high quality materials all around from tempered glass to stainless steel burner -the enclosed glass design is an eye catcher and create some ambience all by itself -the flame is impressive -includes phillips screwdriver -includes marker for scuff/scratch repair of hammered surface -includes caster and wheels, choose what's best for you -thick glass -glass has warning labels on all sides to make everyone aware the surface can get hot -includes cover CONS: -assembly is challenging -I had to use pliers to adjust the square cap on the interior glass as well as the corner brackets that help the hood stay aligned on top of the glass -I had to use a mallet to get the square cap on the interior glass -heat is more vertical than horizontal ... show more
