Cord does not stay connected to keep the light of the mask on. I had to hold the cord in the usb port and not move. Very disappointed and will be returning it. I have used different models in the past and never had an issue

Nice packaging, brand new mask with remote and cord. Remote is already fully charged. You need to push the usb-c plug into the mask until it clicks. First use and I can feel a slight tingle.

This is my second one. I sent the first one back because it came used and without charging cord. Received my second one (used again) and this one does not work. Disappointed is an understatement.

    • Haven't had it long, but long enough to see the start of results.
I got this about a week ago and have been using it daily. I see that most people are seeing results around 3 months, but i can already see an improvement in my skin. My old acne scars have already began to lighten after just one week so I can't wait to see what it looks like after 3 months!! I'll post pictures when i get a little further into this journey. I forgot to take one before i started, but did take one today for reference. But so far so good :) ... show more

Just brought this LED mask and I haven’t had a chance to use it, because the mask is missing the remote. Please disregard the 1 star, it should be zero stars.

The cord didn't work but I just used another I had, too bad it comes with a cheap cord. I like how it had a stand so I can just put it at my bedside and use it in the morning before I get out of bed.

Please save your money. I have only used this product 3 times and now it won't urn on. I have tried charging it and nothing. For the price you pay it's not worth it.

I absolutely love this mask! When I received my package, it appeared to have been a replacement box and one that was already opened. It was missing the remote and Amazon wouldn’t help me out so I contacted the seller directly and they were able to resolve the issue for me and send me out a new remote.
