The media could not be loaded. The Laser Master Pro 2 is pretty easy to build, but I recommend finding a video for assembly. The manual is fine, but there are a lot great videos that make assembly way faster. As with assembly there are great videos for your first cuts and alignment too. The laser can use Lightburn which is amazing. It controls the laser, but is also a powerful design tool. I have cut acrylic, cardboard and marked wooden coasters so far. For what this is, I am very impressed with it. I've been using it pretty regularly now for the last year and it's done everything I've asked of it plus some. I use the lightburn software with mine. Very happy with this setup.

I bought this so my wife and I could possibly have a side business. We are both beginners so it should be noted there is a learning curve with these machines. They require assembly which is best done while viewing a YouTube tutorial on it even if you are mechanically inclined. It does function as it should, but be advised most of your learning will come from mastering a program such as Lightburn or ImagR that controls the laser. Unless you're experienced, you will not be up and engraving in 20 minutes after putting your machine together. ... show more

It took about .5hr to assemble. Be sure not to tighten the belts to tight. I really enjoyed using this it was easy with lightburn software. Problem after two weeks no power supply fault showed up. Used a replacement 2amp 24v power supply and still nothing. I used it on a project worked great then next afternoon nothing. I've read alot on these and this does seem to be a uncommon issue. ... show more
