Super soft! I was skeptical that something so smooth and light could actually hold, but it did. I was also confused by the extra piece of velcro but once I removed it then I realized it would be needed to place back when I folded this up to store it. The velcro adheres really well and it pulls at the binder fabric. Save the velcro side they give you so that you can replace it when not in use. This isn't constricting and I wasn't looking for suction but it holds! I also love that the seaming keeps it from rolling down my back. It was comfortable enough to wear as a posture reminder. I'm recovering from a car accident and have medical braces that I don't like wearing any longer because they're too constricting but I still could use some support occasionally. ... show more
