Update on this review…8/18/21 Customer service was very quick to reach out to me about the problem I had and was very understanding. I have received another one of these and I do have to say my son and I are VERY happy! The product came as it should, the product is a great product and lots of fun to use. WAY better than what I had originally gotten, must have been just a mishap. The customer service was great! They fixed the problem very quickly. I am very glad I gave them/it another shot and I will do it again. Thank you! 8/9/21…The shape this product was in when it came to my house is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! This was clearly used and opened and then shipped off to me. The whole activator bottle was gone, the glue was only a quarter way filled, the glitter packets were opened and put into zip lock baggies, there were stickers missing off the sticker sheet. I don’t understand how anyone could have shipped this off and thought it was anywhere near acceptable to send it this way!!!! My 5 year old has been waiting for two days for this product and finally got it today just to find it to be just about all completely used and empty. If I could give this 0 stars I would! ... show more

Bought for my daughter and she loves it, directions was easy to read, I would buy this product again, I would most definitely gift this to someone makes for a good Christmas or birthday gift. Especially to the ones that likes making slime.
