The media could not be loaded. We lost our old gazebo in hurricane Milton. We rarely used it because of bugs in Florida so when I saw this I knew it would be an upgrade. The seller is outstanding with customer service and follow up. They emailed directions to my contractor in advance so he could give us a price. One guy built it in 3 days. Sturdy. Roomy and I’m in love with the windows on it. This will get used and now we have a “clubhouse” in addition to our screened in lanai attached to the house. I purchased this 12x14 sunroom not realizing how big it actually was. This thing is roomy and we’ll made. The posts are steel with a wood finished paint. It came in 11 boxes, which, even being a handy man, was pretty daunting at first. Instructions are the usual picture steps. It wasn’t difficult to put together, just took awhile because it’s a lot of pieces. Did most of it by myself, but you def need atleast 3 people on ladders for the roof frame. The windows are screens with these plastic film pop ins that work great when it gets cool out to help keep it warm in there. And in the summer you take them all out and it gets a nice breeze through. Double sliding doors on two sides are a great touch. My only issue was the lights on the post didn’t work after hooking up all the wires. And the wires run inside posts so once it’s together you can’t go back and check plugs unless you take it apart. Customer service was excellent though. They reached out to me constantly and tried to find out the issue, sent me replacement items and arranged a phone call with their tech. Wasn’t able to get them working but because of how hard they tried I kept the 5 star review because I absolutely love the product. ... show more

We love our sunroom. Its roomy enough for 4-8 people to enjoy. We used stepping stones for the foundation and may build or pour one later. I may use it as a greenroom this winter for my plants. The price was perfect. We paid 2 carpenters to assemble. It took them 8 hours. We pre-organized the screws and wish we had done the same for the parts. There were 9 boxes and they left off some parts. With that being said the assembly still seems to be sturdy and withstood 60 mph winds in the recent storms. We love our gazebo enclosure. It is like having a private cabin in your own backyard. We had to create a level base due to the pitch on our patio; however, it worked out perfectly and we bolted the gazebo directly into the wood base. It is a cozy environment. A place to relax, take in the outdoors, fresh air and enjoy family and friends. Even when the weather has been hot and humid, it creates a nice breeze with the windows out and/or doors open. Closed up it creates privacy from our direct road as we are on a corner lot. All-in-all I would highly recommend this type of gazebo enclosure, more useful in rainy weather (yes we have even been inside while it rains having dinner) and held up in the high winds. I love this! I put a ceiling fan it & lots of lights! Like how easy the panels are to put in in case of major rainstorm or in my case, snow/winter. Customer service is great!!! Highly recommend!

Quality was as advertised, built a deck to place it on, very pleased with the accuracy of pre drilled holes, I pretty much built it alone with a little help getting the roof started, and did the rest with a helping hand from my wife, luv my gazebo, btw I’m 80 years old

The shipping, customer service and product are very good. We had one wrong bracket and were short on nuts and had to wait a week each time to have them shipped from China. The Ad says there are lights but lights are no longer integral to the sunroom and that are provided separately if you request them. The largest problem is the instructions. First they say don't tighten anything until step 1 is complete. If you follow this advice you will realize that some major bolts were hidden by other parts and they didn't get tightened. I have advised the company of this issue and they are sending it to their tech people to include better instructions. My concern is that there are probably sunrooms that have been built that by others that will be ruined by wind and snow load. ... show more
