I purchased this 12x14 sunroom not realizing how big it actually was. This thing is roomy and we’ll made. The posts are steel with a wood finished paint. It came in 11 boxes, which, even being a handy man, was pretty daunting at first. Instructions are the usual picture steps. It wasn’t difficult to put together, just took awhile because it’s a lot of pieces. Did most of it by myself, but you def need atleast 3 people on ladders for the roof frame. The windows are screens with these plastic film pop ins that work great when it gets cool out to help keep it warm in there. And in the summer you take them all out and it gets a nice breeze through. Double sliding doors on two sides are a great touch. My only issue was the lights on the post didn’t work after hooking up all the wires. And the wires run inside posts so once it’s together you can’t go back and check plugs unless you take it apart. Customer service was excellent though. They reached out to me constantly and tried to find out the issue, sent me replacement items and arranged a phone call with their tech. Wasn’t able to get them working but because of how hard they tried I kept the 5 star review because I absolutely love the product. ... show more

We love our sunroom. Its roomy enough for 4-8 people to enjoy. We used stepping stones for the foundation and may build or pour one later. I may use it as a greenroom this winter for my plants. The price was perfect. We paid 2 carpenters to assemble. It took them 8 hours. We pre-organized the screws and wish we had done the same for the parts. There were 9 boxes and they left off some parts. With that being said the assembly still seems to be sturdy and withstood 60 mph winds in the recent storms. This comes in about 10 boxes that are all well labeled. It took 2 guys about 2 full days to put it together. The instructions were clear and made it simple. We built this in our backyard underneath a couple of big trees and we couldn't be happier with the result. We even have had our first major rainstorm and this thing completely dry! We need to run electricity out to it and get some fans, TV, and other things inside of it but so far we've just enjoyed sitting around and lounging/talking in this. The actual inside dimensions are 176" x 125". That means the inside usable square footage is 153 square feet. I knew this going in but I will say part of me is wishing I had gotten the 12x20. The shipping, customer service and product are very good. We had one wrong bracket and were short on nuts and had to wait a week each time to have them shipped from China. The Ad says there are lights but lights are no longer integral to the sunroom and that are provided separately if you request them. The largest problem is the instructions. First they say don't tighten anything until step 1 is complete. If you follow this advice you will realize that some major bolts were hidden by other parts and they didn't get tightened. I have advised the company of this issue and they are sending it to their tech people to include better instructions. My concern is that there are probably sunrooms that have been built that by others that will be ruined by wind and snow load. ... show more

My son in law did all of (the first pic) by himself with a ladder…..He had help with the walls and windows the next day…we love it already, it is big enough to hang out and be comfortable, we have not tried the windows on all sides since it is summer, we only have the screens in it is awesome at night time with no MOSQUITOES!! product just missed being 5 stars. considering these 12 x 16 covered pavilions are around 1200-1500$, adding 3500 for 4 walls is pretty steep. but they are the only game in town that I could find. Packaging is a 4.9. very minor window and wall denting but overall very good. Assembly well. read several pages ahead and almost never tighten anything. be prepared to go back and forth alot. we had one wall panel mislabeled which made for a bit of confusion for 10 minutes. overall excellent product. can't say its a value though. but then nothing is anymore ... show more
