I bought this little thing for jam sessions in my he-shed with friends. They are all pro musicians, so I had to step it up a little, but space was an issue for drums in a 480 square foot shed lol.....so....I'm running this pad through Addictive Drums on a laptop and it works great, sounds great, and for the price it's amazing! The ONLY negative is no touch sensitivity, but I didn't expect it for the price point. It has a few usable kits built into it and the speakers go pretty loud and actually sound better than expected. I'll probably velcro the pedals to something like a board or carpet to keep them in place better. ... show more

This digital drum set it awesome - my 14 year old son specifically asked for it , and he loves it!! It was a Birthday gift for him, and he has gotten hours of playtime out of it since he’s gotten it 2 weeks ago, He can’t leave it alone.. It has surpassed my expectations and more ! My husband has had lots of fun with it as well.. the sound quality is amazing!!     • Great for beginners & saves space
We got this for my son who is 3 & showing a love for instruments. I love that it’s compact & he loves being able to feel like he’s making beats. Sometimes he will hit one pad & it plays 2 sounds, but other than that, he enjoys it & it sounds pretty good.

I was impressed by the sound of this drum set. I got it for the grandkids. They love it. It’s much more appreciated since it’s a smaller footprint than a large drum set and you can roll it up to store. Nice gift.

    • Works great, kid is happy!
This was one of the best gifts for my kid. He really loves it and the first couple of days would not leave it alone. Hope this inspires him to become a drummer in the future. I tested the set my self as well and it seems decent quality. Every pad works and batteries stay charged for a while. After having it for couple of weeks and my kid drumming on it as hard as he can because he gets so excited, the set is working good and no sign of wearing out on pads at all. ... show more

    • Extremely Convenient for Travel
I travel a lot for work and of course my little ones travel with me. This is a great toy and probably one of the few that my toddlers will share in peace. I love that they don't necessarily need the sticks to play it. So they can use their hands and really get into. Great buy!

    • Good e-Drums with Some Negatives
If you have a small child interested in drums, this seems like a cheap alternative to buying a huge, space-taking, expensive drum kit, just to see if they'll keep interest, before spending lots of money. This has a handful of different drum kit settings: regular rock drums, another kit that sounds the same, some bongos, a techno/digital something, and I forget what else. It came fully charged and has been on for four straight days (except overnight). It has a power-save feature and goes into sleep mode, just touch a drum to wake it up. Seems very durable. If you put it on an unsteady surface, you may get vibrations that cause pads you're not touching/hitting to react and make sound as though you are, so wobbly tables (as we have ours on) are not a good idea, although this issue seems to have lessened a bit after a couple of days. It actually sounds pretty accurate on default volume or higher, but if you lower the volume 4 or more clicks from default, it sounds distorted. Problem there is that the default volume is pretty loud, and another complaint (biggest negative for me) is that it resets to default volume if you leave it alone for about 2-3 minutes. Other than that, this made a child happy for Christmas. The drum pads appear to be water proof (they've gotten wet and still function fine - kid being a kid) but the control/speaker module does not appear to be protected. I'm glad I got this instead of a full drum kit, because it's more convenient and a lot cheaper. came with sticks and two pedals for high hat and kick drum. ... show more
