I've played acoustic drums for 6 years prior to this kit and the transition was near seamless. My first electric kit was a 400 dollar Alesis that left a bad taste in my mouth but this is a breath of fresh air. Description not right. If you order this you will not receive the hardware. And in the item description it doesn’t say anything about that.

    • Did not receive the second box with the MDS-Compact Stand
I just ended up getting a single box with the drum module and the pads, without the second box that was supposed to have the compact stand to actually mount the drums. I've ended up having to return the one box that came. That being said, just make sure that you receive 2 LARGE separate boxes. And as the other review states, remember that the hi hat stand, kick pedal, and the drum throne are not included in this purchase. I can only give 3 stars since I didn't receive what I was supposed to receive. ... show more
