So this product is quite underwhelming when it comes you open it and are like wow. But hold the phone it’s hard to do but super effective. I get migraines from strong smells and was hesitant to order a foam product because of the classic off-gassing. But this was without smell from the opening of the box! That's terrific and it seems to be of very good quality. A GREAT way to get those hip muscles working to counter the effects of sitting. It was a little torn when we first got it, and the foam is fragile, but it’s comfy and the kids have enjoyed this. My daughter kept falling out of her turns and so we turned it into a contest to see how many seconds my kids could balance without falling. I’ve noticed an improvement in her balance after just using this product for a little bit every day. I have her stand now the way she would right before she turns (arms out, straight leg, pointed toes) and just hold there. My other kids love it too and I’ve even used it to help with some ankle strengthening and knee pain. I’ll probably order two more so they can all use them at the same time. ... show more

    • Comfortable but overpriced
I do like this, especially when I am doing yoga & want to exercise/stretch my feet and ankles. I haven’t done much with balancing, but it does seem to help & I think consistency will be the main factor. I do believe it is way overpriced & should have waited to see whether the price would drop or this would go on sale. ... show more
