Simpler than the ones you put the jell in. Just put it in your mouth and give it a sucking to seal it to your teeth. Only wear 15 to 20 minutes and its done.

    • Easy way to whiten
The process with these is extremely easy with these. Too early to tell how well they work but reviews look promising. They should because it’s the most expensive whitening system I’ve seen.
