I use this to measure the temperature in my outdoor pizza oven. Because the temperature is different at various spots in the oven, it is important to know where the hot and cooler spots are. This gives instant readings wherever you aim it. I am sure I will find other uses for it, but for now, it is worth the investment even if all I ever use it for is making pizzas ... show more

We had a pizza party with my daughter in law and the grandkids…everyone “designed” a pizza to share…they were delicious! I used hickory pellets because I wanted more Smokey flavor…the crust was bubbly and it was fully cooked in a minute and a half!
