    • Best ROI of any security system I've seen
This security camera system (Onwote NVR3216-P16-V2), a POE, 4k, NVR is the most sophisticated system I have installed to date. In fact, camera systems with this level of user configuration, picture quality, features usually in commercial systems like "missing item" or "search by missing pixels", historically ship with annual subscription fees that will eclipse the total cost of ownership of this Onwote NVR. I moved my home router to the center of the house and placed the NVR there. All of the camera kit's CAT5-E cables are a mix of 100' and 60' so there's plenty of wire included for even a very large home. For a small businesses, there's ample wire, they can be upgraded, and the systems can be stacked in groups. The kit is complete. Once bought, there's no nagging monthly fees for more storage or turning on more features with a bump up on the $ub$cription. POE is easier to install than siamese cable and picture quality is unparalleled. Tech support is knowledgeable and responsive. A satisfying surprise at this price. ... show more

Bought my first system 18 months ago and was so impressed I just bought my second one. The first one I connected using the cables supplied from the cameras to the NVR. The second one I used POE switches in different areas so that I only had to run one cable from each POE switch back to my router. Each group of cameras hooked to the POE switch, which made running the camera cables a whole lot easier. Picture quality is great both on the monitor and on my phone and the night vision is the best I have seen. It is very easy to switch between systems on your phone. The NVR has many programmable features to customize your system. So far, I have only used a small number of them but learning every day. Tech support has been awesome. The way I set up the second system I had several questions on getting it all configured correctly and once they even used TeamViewer to login with me and show me how to do it. I have dealt with many camera systems over the years, this one is a little more expensive, but worth every penny. ... show more

After So much research we decided to get ONWOTE 16 Channel 4K PoE Security Camera System 4TB, 16x Commercial 4K 8MP Audio PoE IP Cameras, 128° Field of View, Human Vehicle Detection, 16CH 4K CCTV Surveillance NVR, 16CH Synchro Playback. Got it in March 2023, finally got the last two just recently in October 2023. The cameras do work great when they work.....Daytime is very clear and Nightvision is Nice because I have them all around the house. So, it looks like it's all lit up. Which makes it easy to see things in the nighttime. UPDATE-Sep 2024 I had several cameras go out. I contacted Onwote and they were VERY Helpful in working with me. They sent me several camera's to get replaced, even after a year of having the system. Overall, the system has been working perfectly. FINAL UPDATE: This system rocks. It has not missed a beat since we fired it up (and that's been some time now). The cameras are very high quality and night vision is superb. The user interface is excellent. Reviewing footage is a breeze. I would buy this system again. If they had a 4 pk of the cameras I could add to my system I would. I'm that impressed. UPDATE: After leaving the review below we were contacted by the company. Since we had already returned the defective system for a full refund (and had purchased a different system), they offered to send us a complimentary 4 camera system for our trouble. Received quickly, and so far it's been running 24 hours without issue. Clearly the first unit was a fluke defect and the company stands behind their product. If this system functions well we will be purchasing more of their cameras in the future based on this experience. Their customer service is exceptional. The DVR popped, smoked and was dead after 20 minutes of use. Sent it back for refund. You make your own judgement. ... show more

We have 3 business locations and have bought these for each location. Very reliable, can be put outside or inside, offer great picture clarity, and free app to monitor. I also like how you can see past events and it records all audio. Customer service is fast and responsive. Definitely recommend!
