I'm kind of "kitchen witchy"! I grow, and 'buy & dry' herbs and spices. I hang them around my kitchen to dry. I have found that you get a LOT more flavor in your tea if you use a mortar and pestle to grind the herbs, etc...It's a perfect size for grinding herbs and it would even be great to crush pills with if that's what you're looking for.
