The wife chose this Electric fireplace as the flames are what she found to be most realistic. The unit was extremely simple to put together. Took my time and followed the clear visual instructions precisely. All in all, I am pleased as is the wife, with the overall appearance and what seems to be quality product. It is a very nice addition to what was a bare wall in our home. The size and fit is perfect. The "mood lighting" was a plus for me, as I was unaware it came with the led strips. We'll worth the inexpensive price. The heater works very well and also appears to be of quality material. The one and only suggestion I could make, is to place some sort of filter media over the inlet on the backside for the heater blower as we have two dogs and their hair seems to get everywhere even though they get brushed regularly and groomed. I am thinking a filter media material placed over the air inlet for the heater blower will give the heater and blower motor a bit more life expectancy. Again, just a suggestion. ... show more

It arrived very quickly. The fireplace arrived first and the rest two days later. It does take awhile to put together with so many parts, but it was the easiest thing I’ve ever put together. It arrived in great condition and looks amazing. I’ve already recommended it to family. Heat works really good as well and isn’t loud. The loudest thing is when you change any settings it beeps. This thing was a pain to put together (it was just doing it), but once done it looks beautiful! It's all good quality. The fireplace works perfect. In fact a little too perfect because I have to turn down after a few minutes. You can easily move it around on hardwood floors and it doesn't tear them up. The remote control is easy to use and you can change the cabinet light or the color of the fire itself. It is the perfect fireplace for a moderate sized living room. The only thing I wish I could do was set this to come on at a certain time. I am grateful though, that I can set it to turn off at a certain time. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants beauty and warmth. ... show more

Storage is kind of limited but adequate. The finish is nice and the real glass front to the fireplace is quite nice. Heat output is ok but not overwhelming. One of the front pieces does not fit perfectly so there is a little white line on the front bottom molding piece. The heater is pretty quiet and does not distract from the function of the unit. I wish the shelf above the fireplace was deeper because my av equipment does not fit. ... show more

we have a rather small apartment so I needed a entertainment center on the smaller side (depth-wise) but one with enough storage and that would look nice as well. This one seemed to have the best reviews over dozens of others (I wish that was an exaggeration) so I went with it and I’m very happy that I did! It arrived in two boxes, one box to house the fireplace element, and the other box to house the rest of the entertainment center itself. Upon ordering, the seller messaged me and let me know that it was going to come in 2 shipments, they were upfront and quick to respond the entire time which I really appreciated. They sent me the shipping information for the first shipment, and when I realize that that shipping information did not include info for the second shipment, I requested that from them and they immediately responded with it, so definitely five star seller right there! The entertainment center itself was very quick and easy to install, my fiancé had it done in about an hour by himself, he wanted me to check to make sure he was installing the fireplace far out enough to leave no gaps so that was the only thing I really needed to step in and help him with but other than that, I think one person can do it no problem. The fireplace element is really fun to have, I’ve always wanted one, but never really found one that I was willing to spend money on. It was getting really chilly at night though so I figured this was a perfect opportunity and it is working out wonderfully so far. You can change the color of the fireplace and the heat level as well as set a timer for it, which I think is amazing because I use those features all the time. The entertainment center itself has light strips, that it comes with and I believe they showcase that you can install it at the top of the inside of the cabinets it but what we actually did was install the light strips on the back of the shelves within the cabinets that way when you turn them on, no matter what you’re looking for top or bottom, you can see everything well lit. There was some concern initially with leaving the fireplace on too long, any potential heating of the white portion of the entertainment center above it, but I have left it on for hours at a time and I will touch the top just to make sure there is no heating and there is none whatsoever. So I personally feel much better about leaving it on around my kids and my pets without concern of any fires starting. I’m very happy with my purchase, I have fun with the lighting element as well as the heat element, my kids have fun changing the colors of the lights as well and I would highly recommend this one (as well as the seller) to anyone who is looking to buy an entertainment center or fireplace element for the living room or bedroom! ... show more

I feel like this was a decent value for the money. Like other reviewers said, it took me several hours to put it together and I had to have help towards the end when it got heavy. But I will say the instructions were well organized and the parts were easily identified, so I felt like the manufacturer did an outstanding job in this aspect. I had no issues putting it together. The lights work great, the heat function is perfect for my needs, and I love that it comes with a remote control.
