Well packaged and quite a few parts but easy to assemble. I used a drill with an allen bit to help speed things up but it still took me about 2 hours total for assembly. However, it took about 30 minutes just to unpack everything. The quality if the stitching and overall chair is exceptional. Very happy that none of the screws stripped and everything fastened together great and strong. It is a beautiful looking chair and fairly well padded. A few of my complaints or areas for improvement are: The tightening adjuster for the rocking ability should be a tad looser as I had to adjust it all the way in order to rock slightly. Rocking is one of my things I like in an office chair. The seat, back and armrest cushions are a bit thinner than I am used to, so it is not as soft or comfortable as I was expecting, but its still nice. The reclining feature is really nice as well as the ability to easily adjust the back angle. The foot rest/leg rest is a bit short for me at 6' tall and sits at about my knee unless reclined all the way back then hits the top of my calf. Might be more of a gimmick, IDK. The arms being adjustable are a bit wobbly as to be expected. And the plastic covers are a bit on the cheaper feeling side which is surprising for the exceptional quality everywhere else. I am mixed on the lumbar and pillow, they do add some extra comfort and support, but I feel they were thrown in because the other cushions were so thin. The caster are good and much better than normal plastic ones. Overall, its a very nice quality chair and should hold up for years. ... show more

Fortunately, this gaming chair is super sturdy and it has a very durable frame, but unfortunately, it's made with cheap leather and it's already ripped off. Assembly is very effortless and simple, so in my case took about 25 minutes. All armrests are covered with leather and they are super comfortable. The whole chair is comfortable, and the footrest is a nice addition. It would have been nice if it was longer, but this is better than not having one. I like that the backrest reclines to like 160 degrees, but would have been nice if it went all the way to 180 degrees. The seat could have been a bit longer by like an inch or two, I feel like my thighs aren't fully supported. Apart from the above-mentioned flaws, everything else is perfect with the chair and almost everything is adjustable. Overall, as long as you're under 6 ft or have shorter thighs, this will be perfect for you, else you might find it slightly lacking, but still comfortable in most areas. ... show more

This gaming chair is great quality. It’s comfortable and I like the design of it too. This would be a great gift for yourself or a gamer in your life. It took about an hour to put together. The hex key comes included but gets stripped quickly, making it difficult to get all the screws in (I managed to do it but took extra effort). With that being said the instructions were detailed and clear but it took a while to build. The chair is adjustable and is an appropriate size for a teen or adult. The seat size is decent too. This chair was really quick and easy to put together. It took me a total of 20 minutes by myself and I was done and using the chair. I like how comfortable it is, and the ability to recline and lock into that position is great. That neck and lumbar pillows are supportive and feel nice. I didn’t give the chair 5 stars because I think it says it’s made of leather and suede in the item listing and it’s actually polyurethane faux leather. It’s still a nice chair but I think for the price point it should be more transparent and not confusing about the materials used t make the chair. ... show more
