Began working on the saw palmetto & less than an hour later I was finished with all the trimming of 8 palmettobushes. Used to take me several days with regular manual clippers. I am absolutely impressed with these clippers! It would cut through branches bigger than my thumb no problems. Arrived on time. These really do work well. They have the widest jaw I could find. They have a safety to protect you from accidentally cutting yourself. Read the directions for the start up. These are strong and sharp. Very happy with this purchase.

These battery powered pruning shears are great!! They are light weight, powerful and easy to use. My wife (75) got carried away this morning having fun pruning until I made her come in because we were under a heat advisory. Otherwise she would have spent a lot more time pruning. The batteries provide good life, similar to a mini chainsaw (that I love) that I have from the same seller. We are very happy with the pruners. They will make a huge difference as we live in the tropics and vegetation just keeps growing. Never stops! They are so much easier to use than hand held clippers. I had been looking for a pruning shear that was not heavy but cuts nicely. This was easy to hold in this senior citizens hand. I lack sufficient mobility in my legs so used this tool while sitting on my zero turn mower which necessitated stretching out my hand with this shears. This shears was relatively light in my hand making it easy and effortless. It sliced through branches 1/2 inch easily. I did have a problem a few times with the blades binding perhaps from tree sap. The case was nice but it appeared to have been designed for a different shears Everything fit in although not neatly. My first impression was that I would recommend this tool. ... show more

I should have read more of the reviews on this product. It is trash. The charge cord can't even be used in regular electric outlets in the United States. It looks like it's manufactured for another country. The battery packs had a little charge to them so I attached one to see how the shears worked. Power light indicated it was on, but the blades wouldn't open. The instruction manual is a joke. There were no descriptions or pictures with this product to indicate what kind of charger came with it. ... show more

Am VERY happy with this purchase. The blades are very tough, lightweight, easy to handle n use for this sick old gramma, comes with 1 set of replacement blades, sharpening stone and 2 batteries. I'd say the batteries last about 10-15 minutes, but very grateful for the 2nd battery.
