I used the shampoo and conditioner as well as the heat protection spray for the first time and I love the way it made my hair feel. Very soft and shiny. The only downside I would say is that there isn’t much of a scent. Still love it, I would recommend.

Ordered the shampoo but since the bottle was mislabeled, i received the conditioner instead. I ended up getting a refund and just buying the shampoo from the store-- BUT i have 4c hair and after using carol's daughter it completely dried my hair out especially my after one wash and my curls at the ends would not coil. Once i switched to Olaplex, after one wash my coils at the end came back!!! I was so happy. If ur hair has a bit of heat damage or is extra dry (4a-4c) get this !! I couldnt show a picture cause I JUST washed my hair but was so happy with the results, i needed to share. Must buy !! ... show more

I really love this shampoo. It makes my hair so soft and shiny, and just a small amount is enough to wash your hair. But I have oily hair, and this shampoo doesn't help reduce its oiliness. My hair becomes oily after one day. Sadly, I have to change it.
