This is my 3rd robotic vacuum. This one seems to have a longer battery life than the others and does an adequate job cleaning the pet hair off my floors and carpet. I appreciate the programming options so it runs automatically overnight or when we're not home. This is my 1st that has mapping technology, which is a great feature, but I have no comparison. While the voice default volume is too loud, you can turn the volume down or off in the app. If the vacuum disconnects from wifi due to unreliable wifi or a power outage, then the volume goes back to default and needs to be lowered again. ... show more

It’s just ok as a vacuum, gets clogged with pet hair constantly, not as good as the Roomba. Biggest problem…it YELLS AT YOU IN A LOUD VOICE!! Random yelling telling you to download the app at random times day and night!!! Better not store it near a sleeping baby!! It’s OBNOXIOUS!!! And seemingly NO WAY to turn down the volume of turn off the loud robot voice!!! Having known that we would have made another choice! Do yourself a favor and Pick something else! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: this product has so many issues since I have gotten it. It makes weird noises when it's on the charging station. Sometimes it doesn't run on schedule. Sometimes it doesn't finish its route. It's really BAD this is the worst product I have ever had with so many issues. The app is very buggy! It does not allow you to schedule rooms as it alludes to in the ad. The map kept disappearing, and it already disappeared 3-4x and I had the product maybe over 2 weeks. UPDATE. This is the first robot vacuum I have had so I do t have anything to compare it with. But I love this thing. The hardest part is making sure my children and husband keep there stuff and cords picked up. But once things are off the ground this little guys goes to work.
